Where I live, some Muslim women will go into the pools wearing their Burqas and long robes; yet the other residents get
notices they cannot wear cut-off shorts, shirts.

Now no one ever uses the pools, except for them.

Yes it is, I´ve personally saw such people eating food in the pool, leaving a mess in and around the pool.
