Many models come into countries using tourist visas. For example when they do sports illustrated t hey use tourist visas when they do shoots on places like Belize. It's standard practice and not a big deal.

Still illegal to work on a tourist visa...and I would think that matters to the "Build that wall" and "Law and Order" candidate.

she lied and claimed she was on H1B work visa, not a tourist visa...
she lied about having a university degree (likely when she filled out the federal application for Green-Card)...
and she is lying about not being here in 1995 at all (the time of the photo-shoot and when her roommate says she was here and living with her)...so there is a chance she had no visa at all when she was here in 1995...otherwise, why keep pretending she wasn't.

No there isn't she would have needed a visa to fly into the country. Unless your insinuating she flew into mexico and had cayotes bring her across the border?? She was a model it's not hard for them they buy a ticket and get there passport stamped.

That is how most illegal immigrants get in to the country. They come with a visa and then stay once it has expired.

Despite common belief, they are not all crossing the border illegally.

And won't be deported under Trump unless caught breaking a law other than being here illegally. We're just pointing out the hypocrisy. The Right made such a big deal about the illegal immigrants that spoke at the DNC, yet it appears one may have spoken at the RNC as well.

Incorrect. You can work on a student or work visa. You do not need a green card to work. You need an EAD card.

I went with WAS, because the exact time being discussed 1995 was 21 years ago.
