It was probably a ghost that resides in your house, I have one too, and he stalks me, it really creeps me out.

I've tried summoning Bloody Mary with some friends as a joke, and nothing happened at all. No strange occurrences or anything. I actually felt a bit let down lol, I was expecting at least something minor to happen (like the lights flickering).

DO NOT do the bloody mary thing.
It's real.
It summons demons.
It's not a game.

A girl told me the story of bloody Mary once when I was about 12. I was so terrified and my mom kept trying to explain it to me. I of course would not listen. She finally made me do it. Once your eyes adjust if you look close, you are seeing your own reflection slightly distorted due to spinning and low light.

There is a true legend behind Bloody Mary but nothing like this.

Yes i saw that episode of Supernatural too. I love that show!

I think lost of what we watch on t.v nowadays are basically things that either already happened in real life or is happening. Personally i think its a way to let people be more sceptic about these kinda topics. Thats why u get alot when you try to explain something paranormal you've experience that people tell you oh that only happens in movies or something, must have been your imagination.

But back to topic, i dont know alot about this myth but ive heard it can be pretty dangerous and that some people have died doing it. But i also heard from people who have done it before and nothing happened.

When I was in 3rd grade this kid named Corey told everyone in class that he will ask the teacher for a bathroom break so he could summon Bloody Mary using the gigantic Mirrors located in the darkest spot of the boys bathroom.

Corey wasn't joking either. He asked for that bathroom break and summoned something and I still don't know WTF!!! it was but he had deep scratches on his face and neck but no sign of blood in his nails when he got back to class. He said something about throwing water on the Mirror and saying her name 3 times then she showed up. I don't know what to make of it, but he scared us all pretty good.

Have you ever tried it before or know someone who has? Does she appear in a particular country or region where people have documented accounts of her haunting mirrors?

I believe Corey was telling the truth but he didn't know she was real, I was scared for him and he was shaking.

Guys if your really into this sort thing I have heard that reciting the Egyptian book of the dead from beginning to end, also causes very strange experiences.

You do not have read it all at once but it must be at night and it must be every night until you finish it.

Also it has to be read out loud

If anyone is interested.....

Not just any weird stuff, it's supposed to grant you immortality through Osiris, however I did this and NADA. Sorry I may have to wait maybe for several decades to see if I indeed was immortalized. I'll let you know then. BTW I read the entire thing through out loud every night it took me about a month and a half.

However, it was in English as I know no Egyptian...so, go figure.

I dabbled in the occult and ritual magic many years ago in another lifetime and stopped when I realized that you can indeed tap into something that can be best described as a fundamental energy or essence. But it is beyond anything approaching morality and that it is impossible to control. It can both shorten your life and break both your mind and soul if given half the chance.

If you don't know what you are doing then don't do it.

But is it possible to find out "what your are doing", to be able to obtain this knowledge? That last bit seems like nonsense -- above you say it is impossible to control -- so obviously no amount of "knowledge" could help you if it's real.

Obviously, if you don't know what you're doing you shouldn't be messing with unknown forsec, do not ever cal spirits without casting a circle and cleansing the space the circle is your protection, if they knew anything about anything they wouldn't have this problem. That's why I never did any ritual magick until I read many, many books and talked to many others with experience in this. Also if you ask for anything, you must send it out for the rest of humanity too, or it will backfire...hence we have gotten the economy problems, probably a lot of people calling for increase financially without sending it on to their sisters and brothers on this Earth...it throws the balance off. And you should always do ritual for Earth Healing at least twivce a year. This also benefits the Earth and mankind and they (the Earth and Nature) will continue to protect you from unwanted negative energies from invading your life.

I tried the whole "Bloody Mary" thing when I was a little kid. A bunch of kids at my daycare center kept on going on about how weird stuff happens when you do the "Blood Mary" thing, and then there was something about "Candy Man" who, apparently was Bloody Mary's husband, and "Baby Blue" which was Bloody Mary and Candy Man's child. Personally, I thought the whole thing was bull crap, so I tried it myself at home. Nothing happened; I haven't had any weird experiences whatsoever. Nothing at all. So, yeah, there's my side of the story on it. I think it's just a little story told at sleepovers to see who the bravest child was.
