The reality at hand is that crooks run the country, and have for a long time.
Agreed 100%.
And your realistic way of dealing with this is to install more crooks.
No matter WHAT I do (vote for Trump, Hillary, Jill, write in Bernie or stay home), come January, the person in the White House will be someone who has proven to be less-than honorable, less-than honest, less-than what I would like to see in there.
Blame that on me all you want. But, as you said, this has been in the works for a long time.

Maybe if instead of saying bernie was a commie, and bernouts where sjw idiots, maybe if the right would have played nicer in the sandbox some might have voted trump.
You cant insult and bully people then turn around and say why dont you guys like us.
The ultimate irony is thinking that we won't see communism because Bernie is gone but in truth, we'll see it even more when Hillary gets in.
Look how the DNC was run!
There is no irony, you guys are grasping at straws to insult the left more and more, and thats why the right wont win even if hillary is an evil witch.

If they aren't Trump/Putin shills then they're a very small minority of Bernie or busters that are becoming irrelevant by the minute. Bernie no doubt attracted Green party voters and socialists into the Democratic primary. They were never going to vote for someone other than Bernie.
Most sane Bernie voters have already jumped ship over to Hillary's campaign.
Ahh, so us Bernie supporters that don't support corruption are insane now, got it. Tells me everything I need to know about you.
Think of it this way...with Hillary we would have something like a 2% chance of her actually putting any of the progressive parts of the democratic platform into action, whereas with Trump it would be 0%. Like it or not, if you're a liberal, Hillary is still the better candidate. If you want to write in Bernie or vote for Jill, go ahead, but just know that your "protest" vote will do more harm than good. A vote for a third party candidate is just a vote wasted in the current political system. I personally find Hillary irritatingly patronizing, and she obviously has a complicated relationship with the truth. I live in a red state so I will probably not vote for her, but if I were in a swing state I would walk into the booth, plug my nose, and vote for the best option we are left with. I realize I'm going to get written of as either evil or stupid, but I just thought I'd put that out there.

You'll notice that little theme as you go. Hillary fans insulting those who don't follow the Party line. You must be "less than" because you don't agree with them.
Fall in line.
Do What You Are Told and marginalize those who don't agree. You'll notice the Dems are quick to turn on their own.
Because many "Bernie supporters" are Trump shills.

A lot was included in the democratic platform. Given the support those ideas will become laws. You might be surprised what can be accomplished when many people share the same ideas.
I'm going to assume you've been in a self-induced coma the last 7+ years
since the Hope & Change president failed to accomplish the majority
of his platform.
