I have been switching back and forth from watching the Matrix to catching some of these boring speakers, and it just hit me - the Matrix is so symbolic of what is going on here!

We have these manipulators trying to control what people know as the truth, and only a few are waking up to the reality.
So many are still sleeping, believing that the reality is what they are being told.

But, I think there is a glitch in the Matrix that they are trying so hard to hold on to.
Some are having a hard time letting go, but slowly, reality is sinking in.

If anyone starts to wake up, they pop out their agents to get things under control again.

Maybe we will see by the time they elect the nominee if reality has taken hold, or if they are going to try to continue the illusion.

Awful is a matter of opinion. It did not start well, but it seems to be smooth at this point.

Again, there is a difference in the people. The Right has a specific brand of propaganda that keeps their listeners engaged and enraged. The RNC was a good example of that.

The DNC is slightly boring in their approach. They could learn a thing or two about propaganda.

I'm going to start playing a drinking game where I take a shot every time they trot out lesbians, black people and spanish speakers. I'm getting WASTED tonight.
