If you haven’t heard already, the Democratic National Convention is approaching quickly and the agenda is set to make your blood boil.

Hillary Clinton has invited representatives from the “Mothers of the Movement” (AKA, the “My Baby Dindu Nuffin Movement”) to speak on Tuesday, July 25th, alongside former President Bill Clinton.

Hillary made no effort to conceal that she is above the justice system and the laws that apply to the rest of Americans. Now she has the audacity to take the mothers of vicious criminals and give them a platform to preach about how their children were saints slain by cruel and racist cops. GIVE ME A BREAK! Police officers around the country are being hunted by the children like those of the “Mothers of the Movement” and yet, Hillary seems to enjoy winding up to give a swift kick in the nuts to all of the heroes who have, and will continue to, lay down their lives to protect our freedom. SHAME ON YOU Hillary Clinton. You disgust me.

Eric Garner died of a medical issue while resisting arrest. Dontré Hamilton was shot when he disarmed a police officer and was beating him over the head with his weapon. Michael Brown was shot while attempting to kill a police officer. And Sandra Bland committed suicide in her jail cell. The others were killed in non-law enforcement related incidents.

When somebody tries to murder a cop, they don’t get to be called a victim because the officer protected themselves from being murdered. Labeling these people as victims just continued to perpetuate the false narrative of Black Lives Matter and continues to contribute to officers getting killed.

I don't see a problem with Hillary inviting the mothers to the convention.

It'll further exemplify the meme that democrats are anti-police, anti law enforcement.

Democrat is the party of victims. They will paint criminals as victims.

They will paint the police as the enemy.

This is what authoritarians want. I wouldn't be surprised if she came out with a national police force proposal.

First off, most young Americans have forgotten who the Clinton's are, what they have done, and what they will do with increased power.

Bill Clinton is a rapist and sexual predator. He spent quite a lot of time and effort lying to the public about one of his MANY consenting extra-marital affairs. "I did not have sex with that woman." He was nearly removed from office for these acts. Hillary Clinton spent her time and efforts discrediting the victims, and has left many crushed women in her wake. This is a major issue for me. I do not support rapists, as I believe that it is one of the worst crimes a person can commit. This reason alone is enough for me and everyone else to NOT support them.

The Clinton's have made all of their money by trading political favors for for huge "speeches." Many of the customers are from Wall Street and the big banks. The vast majority of Americans understand that these large banks are corrupt and out of control. Clinton is and will be indebted to them in the future, which affects ALL of us. Monetary policy will be made for the benefit of those at the top, not you or I.

Haiti. Haiti was hit by a massive earthquake which devastated the country. Hillary Clinton used her influence as one of the highest ranking diplomats in the USA to funnel money to friends and other people that she owes favors to. Millions of dollars of taxpayers dollars were thrown at these companies in order to build homes, create infrastructure, and create businesses that would rebuild and reshape the future for Haitians. Instead, large contracts were offered to people that had no business having the contracts at all, and millions and millions of dollars were wasted and pocketed by Clinton's friends. If you want to know what Hillary thinks about black people, ask any Haitian. Most people will say that Haiti is even WORSE off after Hillary took advantage of the terrible situation. It is deplorable that someone would take advantage of a situation like this.

Email Servers
Ordering drone strikes with a cell phone
Being against gay marriage
Calling blacks super predators
Lying every time her mouth opens
Absolute disdain for humanity
Lying
Watergate

This list is almost unlimited. I could talk and write about this all day. Most people that are just reaching voting age were not around for a lot of this stuff. Our system is rigged in the favor of elites like the Clinton's. They literally get away with murder. They are above the law and in cahoots with the rest of the corrupt ruling class. The entire media in the USA comes from a very small group of corporations, and is very much controlled. The propaganda is very strong, and HIGHLY slanted in favor of the political elite. The Clinton's are at the very top of this elite class, and they do not care about you, me, or this country. They care about one thing: themselves.

All of these things are factual. All of these scandals are well documented. You say you are a new American, congrats! Now you can go read up on the most corrupt political family in modern American history.

To be fair (If that is still allowed???) Mr. Trump hasn't had a speech held in a predominantly Hispanic area like Miami. The only Spanish speaking folks in the places where Mr. Trump has had rallies, would've been actually WORKING Ironically at the jobs that the attendees were yelling about getting taken by Hispanics. Now if the speech in Kentucky was anywhere near Churchill Downs anywhere from 0330 hrs. -1830 hrs. He could've lied to the people in Spanish.

A lie is a lie regardless of the language it is spoken in.

Edit: If anything Mr. Trump would have a translator for the Romanian language. His Florida hotel is run by Romanians. I understand the Romanians are known world-wide for their hospitality...

It seems that on the DNC thread there are a lot of of topic and downright hateful things being said. It's actually pretty obvious that the left is a very civil group and the right wing nutters are getting their posts removed almost immediately. I do believe I could point you to numerous threads, but recently the GOP convention thread showed just how civil some of you democrats are. (sarcasm intended) I guarantee you we conservatives will actually stick to the topics, keep on point during the speeches, and not constantly try to derail the thread as happened nightly on the GOP thread. Considering the convention is in Philadelphia, it probably was not a good idea to infuriate the Philadelphia Police Union.

Philadelphia’s police union is blasting Hillary Clinton for inviting relatives of victims of police shootings to speak at the Democratic National Convention next week, but failing to include relatives of slain police officers.

John McNesby, president of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5, said the union was “shocked and saddened” by the planned choice of speakers at the convention, which opens Monday in Philadelphia.

“The Fraternal Order of Police is insulted and will not soon forget that the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton are excluding the widows and other family members of police officers killed in the line of duty who were victims of explicit and not implied racism,” Mr. McNesby said in a statement.

He said it’s “sad that to win an election Mrs. Clinton must pander to the interests of people who do not know all the facts, while the men and women they seek to destroy are outside protecting the political institutions of this country.

“Mrs. Clinton, you should be ashamed of yourself, if that is possible.”

Please provide your factual source for Trump hating gays. You won't find it. Find one example where Trump hates any race. He dislikes criminals coming into our nation illegally, it happens that many today are mexicans or south americans who have raped, maimed and killed thousands of Americans.

I'm intersted in learning the political system namely the conventions, not interested in hearing partisan vitriol. I also have not had my head in the sand and have read about most of the claims you made and I find them wanting.

So unless you can teach me (calmly and reasonably) something about how conventions work and the primary/political voting process/super delegates etc, thanks but I'll rely on someone else. Others here who are very politically right have been kind enough to do just that. I'll stick with them.
