I'm sitting at my computer making a map..because it is too hot to sleep. And I believe I have just lost 2 pounds of water weight within 5 minutes.. which is good.. but I also believe I am now dehydrated.. which is bad....

I do not speak Egyptian either. Fluent Russian, Italian, French and Spanish, yes, but not Arabic. (Farsi and the like).

I'm 53 now...I feel every single bone, muscle and tendon in my body. I know where every one is, they tell me on a regular basis.

Crap, I'm an old man now, and I feel like it.

Yeah, I can still go a little bit, but I pay. I'm not "puny", but it takes more to be "all world" now than it did 10 years ago.

In a pinch, I can still pull down a big steer...or a bad guy, but sitting on the porch is much preferred!

a reply to: blend57please drink slowly, water with electrolytes, my dad said we need a bit of salt to keep hydrated, but sodium I think is in electrolyte formula. I've been drinking Gatorade mixed with vodka.but that is a can't think of word, like caffeine... makes you pass all the water out...I'll look it up.
