Just food for thought: dude may have been yelling or making some sort of gestures. He was clearly agitated, with the pacing and body language, and that older looking person almost looked as if they were approaching him to try and talk to him.

That was my take on it, anyway. Plus, if somebody was filming for propaganda, they don't usually run away. We saw plenty of people in Baton Rouge who didn't run away from the scene and so far none of them were filming for propaganda purposes. The stuff we saw in Iraq, you could pretty much always tell when fire started coming in on the person being filmed because THAT was when the videographer would run.

You are correct, that is a possibility as well. But, we cannot rule out an accomplice.

Also, CNN speaking with an eyewitness that is reporting him wearing a mask as well. Reporting confirmation of witnesses seeing 3 different gunmen in 2 separate locations.
