That is also what I fear. It would force the local Muslims to become very vocal, denouncing these acts and denouncing radical Islam.

The problem is that you always hear politicians denounce radicals via the media but the muslim leaders never get any air time. There needs to be a voice for islam that spreads the good virtues of their faith but at the moment it's all ISIS hate and Trump fear mongering hogging the spotlight.

And as Yoda said "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate leads to suffering."

Oh absolutely. If there's three shooters, or even two shooters, there's bound to be help from somebody else. I expect Germany is going to be a very busy place for a few days, if not longer.

Seems pretty apparent those are wounded people. They are all moving so not dead and there are others running by so they arent lying down for #s and giggles or because police are telling them too.

Just awful.

BBC reported 7 minutes ago that 3 shooters were seen... so the lone gunman theory is already tossed out, i hope.

Just food for thought: dude may have been yelling or making some sort of gestures. He was clearly agitated, with the pacing and body language, and that older looking person almost looked as if they were approaching him to try and talk to him.

That's what I said to my missus as well. The older chap seems to be approaching - perhaps to calm him down like you said. Noticebly he was slow to move off as well. Awful.

Reports that gunman on roof of car park responded to people shouting at him that he is German , would suggest homegrown not migrant if true.

Police asked the people not to post videos anywhere, because "this videos could help the attackers to defend or to flee". Could be real, thinking of US live tv, and the attacker saw on the tv from the inside where the cops where positioned.

But comes a bit fishy too, or is it just my weired tinfoil hatted head...

If you actually walked the streets midnight and talked with suspicious people, you wouldnt think the same.

Just that you don't see it, doesnt mean nothing is happening. What the media is hyping is just the 1% of everything that is happening. Domestic shootings, people shooting each other, every day people die.
