I was bowling with my then girlfriend (now wife) in Germany and we and a few friends were talking about a guy who got caught...well...playing with his undercarriage in the barracks (we were in the Army at the time). It just so happened that we were talking about it when we were inputting our names on the screen, so I went with SlapMonkey. It's kind of been a permanent screen name of mine ever since.

This was back in 2001.

Mine started years ago when there were six in My Family.
SyxPakDal it used to be.
Like a sixpak, six people. (pak looks cooler! lol)
Dal is the first three letters in My last Name.
Shortened it up to SyxPak here at ATS.

Now I usually just go by Syx.

You do not need to be a genius to figure out my user name means something to me and my name is William /Bill
