Nothing is down there. It just sounds like stuff being moved around, somebody walking. It's quiet right now. It stopped.

One time i was leaving a sushi bar in my neighborhood when i came across a big yellow colored mantis on the side walk. Being a little buzzed from the saki naturally i found a stick and poked at it amused. That is until i discovered mantises have wings. She splayed out her arms threateningly and deployed her huge wing doubling in size. I was so startled i dropped the stick. Jumped back and kept my distance. Pretty sure that little one coulda whooped my butt if i poked at it one more time.

I have picked up maybe 3 in my whole life. I remember just staring at this huge bug thinking how can you be so creepy and cool at the same time. I was utterly fascinated. Then look at their heads, like they're some kind of alien creature. I talked to them too. LOL
