Darrell Issa: There Is Enough Evidence to Indict Hillary Clinton

Darrell Issa is claiming there's enough evidence to get Hillary into big trouble.

I bet he knows just about as much as the FBI because he has been in on Congressional hearings (especially the closed ones that discuss top secret info).

He talks about several points that seem rock solid for criminal behavior.

Even if nothing "happens" before election day, the voters will become the jury.

We know already that several official government reports have shown damning evidence including the dozens of lies told by Hillary before and after the official releases so far.

Nothing like painting yourself into a corner and watching it dry.

Republican California Rep. Darrell Issa said that there is enough evidence to indict Hillary Clinton for mishandling national security information on her private email server.

“There is more than enough for an indictment,” Issa, the former House Oversight Committee chairman, told Breitbart News Saturday on Sirius/XM Patriot Channel 125. Issa explained:

The statute about classified material holds you responsible not to transmit in an unsecured environment or to a person not cleared. It holds you accountable not to do that. Not based on whether there’s the word ‘Secret’ all over it, but based on the presumption that you would recognize that classified material. She transmitted things like — I don’t want to disclose anything — like a mayor in Afghanistan who was working with us, and if that material becomes available to the wrong people, she gets killed. You don’t have to ask whether that’s classified. As an army lieutenant years ago, I knew that would be classified because it goes to sources and methods.

He needs to make sure, along with the FBI that whatever they
know is known to the public.

The revolt will follow, no doubt about it.

She's immune.

The people responsible for executing these actions are already leveraged.

Hillary will never be indicted. If she hasn't been indicted yet she never will.

She will be recommended for indictment. If anyone still supports her that is their business but she will be recommended for indictment.

This doesn't mean anything.

"Enough" doesn't equate to "will".

There was "enough" evidence that satisfied people that Obama's birth certificate was fake, but he wasn't removed from office.

Someone is only held accountable for crimes if they are charged. I don't see any charges being filed or indictments being issued. I don't forsee any, either.

When you have the kind of power as HRC, you don't live in the same reality as the rest of us.

Look, Bill Clinton was impeached but never removed from office. Obama served two terms. Despite all the best efforts of conservatives over the years, nothing ever gets accomplished by any of the efforts put forward.

They can also be indicted. Nobody has all the power. FBI will deliver the facts and the facts at this point are a bullseye for indictment. SD IG already tore her a new one with much less access to information. If Lynch turns a blind eye she will also be indicted. She will likely have to recuse herself though having donated her personal income to Hilllary which creates a clear conflict of interests and ethics concerns.

People said Bil was untouchable but that was not the case. Disbarred 5 years for lying. Fined $90,000 for lying. They got him.

FBI is the best of the best. Anybody who believes they will find no wrongdoing after looking at this for over a year is not living in reality. Her own SD already slammed her on the mat.

If this rapist enabler (hillary) is taken into custody,I wonder if the feds will slam her head repeatedly into a metal table - like they would do to ANY of us if they didn't like our answers to their questions.
