Kind of wondering what personality reassignment surgery would look like. Do we add a fake head or two? Do we divvy up one body into several? Sounds rough.

Why would you need cosmetic surgery for that? As far as I know, there is no similar surgery as recommended treatment for people with DID (in comparison to transgender folks, where SRS is one of the options for recommended treatments)

I was being facetious.

Having an extra head sewn on strikes me as roughly as absurd as someone turning their "innie" into an "outie"...in other words, disfiguring an otherwise normal body in the service of a delusion.

Credibility: the quality of being believed or accepted as true, real, or honest.

How can someone lose credibility for telling a joke? Credibility can only be lost if one says something false which is actually true. Someone who states something was real, when it is fake. Someone that is dishonest, etc.

What that means is, you lost credibility the minute you tried to claim Gender Identity was anything more than a mental construct.
