Dianne Feinstein says Americans must prove their innocence if they’re on a watch list

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D, CA) says people can challenge if their name is on a Federal "Watch" List.

BUT

YOU must prove your innocence !!!!

I guess that's what out of control authoritarianism is all about.

And I'm not sure you can take it to court either.

She was "discussing" the possibility of Watch Lists being used to stop gun purchases (legal purchases that is).

That amendment to a Congressional Bill was defeated in the Senate the other day btw.

Hi there innocent until proven guilty, it was nice knowing you.

So let me get this straight.

A person ends up on those lists by WHO they know.

A person ends up on those lists from what they say.

So much for the presumption of innocence.

We are guilty, until proven innocent.

And yet there is NO WAY as it stands to challenge those lists.

Sounds a lot like a secret prison much like that one in Cuba called Gitmo.

I just figured out how to make hillary look like a good presidential candidate.

Why are so many people acting like innocent until proven guilty and due process are just now being killed?
