The Daily Sheeple received this email tip from a source who received a message warning that FEMA just quietly activated it’s “hush hush” Civilian Corps last week.

The message began with, “That was the very odd message about FEMA that came into my spam box at work.”

The message is titled, “FEMA activates it’s hush hush Civilian Corps, why now?”

IS SOMETHING BIG COMING? Report: FEMA Just Quietly Activated Civilian Corps

Just came across this, timing does seem odd with Orlando shooting. Possibly unrelated, Shooter did say to expect more attacks, and North Terminal at ATL was closed due to "construction" for two weeks....

The Atlanta construction project has been on the books for years now. They have been doing road work since 2012, and have planned 20 years in upgrades, including building a new runway. They announced most of it at the start of 2015, when they announced an RFP for a construction manager. They've got almost $800M in work planned next year.

Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport plans a record level of construction in 2017 — including new parking decks, new gates, terminal renovations and preparations for a new Concourse G.

The world’s busiest airport will spend about $779 million on construction in 2017, said Hartsfield-Jackson general manager Miguel Southwell. The expansions are planned as the airport expects to handle a record 100 million passengers this year.

An airport the size of Hartsfield-Jackson typically spends $75 million to $125 million on ongoing construction projects such as maintaining roads, and in the past the airport has spent as much as $450 million in a year, Southwell said. But this amount of construction spending is unprecedented as the airport embarks on a new $6 billion master plan with major capital improvements.

A major contract to manage more than $1 billion in planned construction at Atlanta’s airport is on schedule, though an airport official won’t discuss even the schedule.

Atlanta intends to hire a program manager to oversee construction projects expected to cost more than $1 billion. The source of funding has not been identified, but city officials think growth trends will require ongoing renewal and expansion.

Airport spokesman Reese McCranie said in text messages that the process of selecting a contractor is “moving along nicely and is on schedule.” But that’s all he would say.

“As it’s an open procurement, we can’t really comment or provide anything that isn’t already in the RFP [request for proposals],” McCranie concluded Feb. 11.

So why all converge on Atlanta? CDC has a big presence there but no current outbreaks, Zika is still in low digits.

"There are several active shooters in your area, come with us if you want to live. This is where you live now until order is maintained, if you leave you will be shot, don;t thank us it is for your safety and we care about you," said Uncle Sam.

There's a lot that goes on around Atlanta. FEMA works with the CDC in the event of outbreaks, and they have to actually brief people and train on what to do in the event of something happening. Atlanta is also where the Region IV headquarters for FEMA is located.

2-1/2 years ago, this thread was posted:

The gun grab has been in the planning stages for years.

Obama has intentionally linked ObamaCare (The Patient protection and Affordable Care Act) to a couple of things we should all be aware of.

#1 ~ The Ready Reserve Corps (He spoke about this civilian army as early as 2008. Now, it is INCLUDED withinin the thousands of pages of the Obamacare mess.....you know....the one we have to pass to KNOW what's in it. Well...guess what! You passed it and guess what's included.....that's right!) Sec. 5210.

Hold onto that dot and follow me further.

#2 ~ Last week when he signed the 23 Acts related to gun control, did you notice #14..... "Issue a presidential memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence."

Now that sounds rather benign doesn't it? But, there is a REASON this has been assigned to CDC rather than NIH or HHS. Can you guess why? Well, read it and be afraid.....be VERY afraid if you value liberty and your 2A right.

Refers to the civilian corps themselves, not necessarily an "order" per se. They have been referred to as a modern Hitler Youth.

Mission Statement:

The mission of Citizen Corps is to harness the power of every individual through education, training, and volunteer service to make communities safer, stronger, and better prepared to respond to the threats of terrorism, crime, public health issues, and disasters of all kinds.

That was in 2013 and they still have not done it. They used to them all the time but, the gun lobby got Congress to cut funding to them by law 15 years ago. Because they did not want negative reports on guns deaths. In fact none of the 23 acts did anything. They were all study this, start a dialog about this, release a letter about this, review this etc.

And then that Ready Reserve Corp where all that happened was name change when they combined the active corps with the reserve corps and called it the Ready Reserve Corps.

Weird stuff.

FEMA is an agency of Homeland Security.

Jeh Johnson has been emphasizing all week that gun control is a matter of Homeland Security. He said this three days ago:

"We have to face the fact that meaningful gun control has to be a part of homeland security," Johnson said in an interview on "CBS This Morning."

Tie that in with the thread I posted about gun control matters being put under CDC directive.

Is something big coming?

Referring to the Clockwork I assume, love that movie...

Going for broke here...big press event coming in Atlanta CDC, FEMA with the corps. and Obama. The announcement, CDC has declared guns a public health crisis thereby granting the Administration special authority to deal with this national problem.

Close? Maybe? Not ever?

I got a feeling that Homeland Security doesnt have their hands tied like alot of other agencies, and as such have likely accumulated alot of data (dirt) on citizens.

Hope your perminant records from high school dont become an issue.

Very possible. And I think it has been in the works for at least 2-1/2 years.

Does anyone really think the government will have support to pull something off, like martial law? Do you really think the Military, FLEE or state / local law enforcement would support something like this? Finally do you think the people would just give in without a fight?

Yes I do,Hegelian Dialectic Problem Reaction Solution
The coming Soros orchestrated protests may well be so bad the populous demand martial law.

The stage has pretty much been set for martial law, or at least the final watering down of rights. We have a war-experienced National Guard, Homeland Security, the CDC, and of course FEMA. All we need now is Hillary to top it off a perfect coup de grâce.
