Just as one muslim doesn't represent all muslims, one pastor doesn't represent all of Christianity.

Oh, and I'm neither. I just hate to see someone create hate against an entire group of people for the actions of a few.

No, that is enough. Sometimes a few simple words are all that is needed to convey a big emotion.

And besides, I really do mean it.

You couldn't even imagine the "garbage" and that's very apparent. .. Humor? That wasn't a joke. That was reality.

I agree to a point
This stuff does need to be noted and outrage expressed.
Yes its one group, what motivates that sort of tirade I can only guess at, its worth wondering what causes this hate?

Christians must always remember they are Christs Gospel on earth.
We are not to condemn those in the world, those who are not of our faith.
Homosexuality is wrong in the christian faith, for christians, its not wrong in a worldly sense.

Religion is not the issue, it is what deceptions people allow into their hearts and minds. This pastor's religion DID NOT TEACH HIM TO HATE GAYS.. He did that on his own.

This pastor decided himself to think this way while convincing himself that it was God's wish and not his own, and he did that to absolve himself of guilt for thinking like this. HE is telling himself that God feels this way, and he has elevated himself wrongly to the same or close to God's level because of his job, which he keeps telling himself he deserves to make these moral judgements and that God agrees with it, when it isn't true.

Satan put all of these temptations into this man and he accepted them because of self pride. Satan uses self pride against people in just this manner because it is so easy when people are not on their toes and humble and not focused on their true reason for being where they are. To serve God's will and not their own will!

This same scenario holds true for a Jihadist who thinks he is actually helping God by murdering other humans. They believe they are doing god a favor by murdering people. And yet again, it is SELF PRIDE that was used against the Jihadist to accomplish this.

People are just as capable of doing evil on their own but the most evil creature there is is likely to have given them a little boost to get things cooking nicely.

You are correct, there is no room for, or command, to "hate" in Christian faith. But there is room and a command to "believe" "and hate the evil way"... (Don't get mad at me, that's in the Bible, just saying). ...It's sad that society has become so perverse they don't understand right from wrong.

to people who are religious, im a little ill-informed...

what does it say on homosexuals, in the bible, the koran, or torah...

why follow some text and not others?

i dont get that with religious group. and no, this is not exclusively homosexuality.

there are a bunch i think people pick and choose, or say 'its a different translation'...

religion is going to destroy humanity before any war famine disease. (by numbers, religion already has)

Masses? How many members do these two pastors have combined?

How do people justify a belief system that condones hate and killings?

You mean feminism right?

The innocent people who died in the Orlando Shooting are scum/deserved to die. Am I reading right here, anyone?

Any minute now one of our resident SJW's will chime in via their brand new sock puppet account to agree with this POS pastor.

For the record... I don't, nor do I believe anyone here does.

Jesus said "He who is without sin, cast the first stone".

Is this one of them above?

I'm doubting.

I honesty don't have the energy to go through their post history and give you an informed opinion, but that star above his despicable comment had to come from somewhere.

I am a Christian and I still do Gods work but not from a church anymore...
There are some great pastors/priests out there but they all have different views on many subjects. This pastor is letting his personal views get in the way of what he should be teaching.
The teaching is that God loves the sinner but not the sin.
I must admit that i'm not a fan of homosexuality but then again i don't judge them or treat them any different than anyone else...
This pastor needs to keep his views to himself and not push them on others..

Prayers for the family and victims at this sad time..

Judging an ENTIRE religious faith based on a few men and women statements is hypocritical at best.

As a Christian I am shocked to see a Christian pastor speak this way and those words came from him and not the Gospel.

He will be judge but not by you or me BUT what gets me are people like you who attempt to tear down an ENTIRE religion based on a few misguided people......from over a billion Christians on the planet...... WE ARE NOT liable for what those have done in the name of their religion.

Your attempt to misguide and tear down religion only strengthens it.

I was thinking the same thing someone calling themselves a pastor and being a church are two different things. Like the Westboro baptists church is one family. Might have a similar situation here he's preaching to his relatives it would explain alot.

Now you can always find someone to say crazy things the difference is do others act on it in his case I find it unlikely since 99.9 percent of Christians will think he's clinically insane.
