What is very revealing and disturbing, but not unexpected in all of this, is that no one actually suspects this is being done by any republicans this time around the campaign trails.

It wouldn't surprise me at all. I do think they would go after a Hillary office first though. Hillary is hated, Sanders is just sort of mocked, at least from my internet travels and real life interactions (which I suppose doesn't mean much).

Oh the Clintons are so awful, criminal, and DANGEROUS...it's so true. But that's why something, like this, would be a perfect controlled opposition scheme.

It's very easy to believe the Clintons could have fueled/caused/are behind this.

Well, right now, Bernie is not deemed a threat to republicans.

Personally, I believe the two parties are in cahoots to get Bernie's spending plan elected. But I am pretty much alone in that opinion.

I've encountered a half-dozen people (I live in a rural conservative area of washington state ((yes there are conservative parts of washington state) that are terrified by the word socialism. These are all middle age cold-war-era people that were brought up with "socialism" synonymous with Enemy. Their vitriol towards Sander's and his supporters was surprising.

They're obviously badsh** insane, just saying, the most likely answer isn't Clinton "agents" or Trump Supporters, but most likely batsh** crazy people.

The pubs would have shot Hillary, they hate her, they don't hate Bernie , they are just scared of "socialism" lol If Bernie hadn't called himself a socialist I guarantee not one person would have used that word against him, probably would have never occurred to them.

Since he is not winning I highly doubt this was of conservative nature.
