Bernie Sanders has made statements that his campaign office in Nevada and a housing complex used by Sanders staff was ransacked and shots fired !!!!

This reeks of an undercover operation probably by organizations that have the most to lose from a Sanders victory.

Very very disturbing.

The Nevada Democrat Convention last week was the site of wild attitudes and crazy things happening.

Somebody is getting desperate.

Wonder who?

Sanders: 'Shots Were Fired Into My Campaign Office in Nevada'

Bernie Sanders revealed Tuesday that shots were fired into his Nevada campaign office and that an "apartment housing complex my campaign staff lived in was broken into and ransacked." The Democratic presidential candidate did not explicitly blame his rival, Hillary Clinton, for the actions.

Sanders made the statement in response to "criticisms made against my campaign organization." Here's the Sanders's full statement:

"It is imperative that the Democratic leadership, both nationally and in the states, understand that the political world is changing and that millions of Americans are outraged at establishment politics and establishment economics. The people of this country want a government which represents all of us, not just the 1 percent, super PACs and wealthy campaign contributors.

Looks like someone is playing Hitler or Stalin style of sabotaging campaigns.

Bernie needs to be more careful now. He probably end up murdered or assassinated.

You think?

To me this just reeks of one of those drunken 'bright ideas', by a few bored rednecks.

Its not like Hillary isn't associated with a list of murders. It was probably BLM, they already took his stage one time, sounds like some backwards thing they would do.

The stereotyped "rednecks" you refer to have nothing to gain.

Get real for once in your life.

This was a political hit job plain and simple.

No, he didn't. Nor to my reading of his statement even refer to her at all. However the author of the news piece, presented on a conservative website did. In the article which properly quoted Sanders and his criticism of the Democratic Party's handling of the primaries made no mention of Clinton at all. The author set the tone with his words 'did not 'explicitly', allowing for the conservative readers to make that leap to specific.

It is just as easy, or easier to make the assumption that the perps of this act were wild cannon conservative types. While I assume that Clinton supporters do so in agreement with her anti gun position it is easy to assume these perps were supporters of gun rights, hence of a more conservative position. And successfully so as much of the thread is now talking about Clinton rather than the open possibility that it was some one else.

Oh there's plenty of people that don't need to have to gain anything politically to want to stick it to the so-called "Socialists." Remember, socialism it the enemy of America, so if you love america you hate anything that has the word "Social" in it.

I wouldn't put it past self-appointed patriots to do this.

I doubt it would be Hillary supporters. Lets face it, Liberals are far less likely to take random potshots with guns.

Considering the whackos I see supporting Sanders, it wouldn't surprise me if some did this to get sympathy points. I mean while we're speculating.

You say to Sub, 'get real". I find that possibility to be a very reasonable consideration, though I would not use the term redneck. I referred to them as wild cannon conservatives knowing full well that there are wild cannon liberals as well.

And who says that the perps had ANYTHING to gain. The motive could have been noting more than the ransack itself and the shooting into the offices.

Not Hillary "supporters",

Hillary operatives.

There's a difference.

I wonder if anything was taken or if anyone was hurt.

If not, I lean towards controlled opposition for sympathy (and other handy public opinion), too.

Not the first time it happened. In Jan of this year a bullet hole was found in the window.

The Clinton hitmen are on the loose again.

Nothing surprising here.

Bernie should be happy his plane hasn't had a mishap and gone down over the Midwest yet.

Can we just agree that there are some crazy people in any group? People make death threats over sports for god's sake, and nothing could be of less consequence than that. Wasn't someone put into a coma a few years ago outside of a raiders game just because of the hat they were wearing? For heaven's sake, it's humanity that is the problem. You cannot single out any specific group unless you're talking about one that has set out to cause voilence.

I haven't seen anyone (big deal right?) who gets fired up about hating Sanders. I mean I like to poke at hi supporters because some get hysterical, but I just don't see anyone being mad enough at him to go shoot up an office. Trump or Hillary? Sure. The general consensus online and IRL I've seen is that the people who dislike Sanders just think he's an idiot but still like and respect him as a person.

Ha, read up on the Clinton murders.

Roughly 50 dead bodies isn't a coincidence.

If anything, they used to be so shady they could be mistaken for a Putin like mafia crime family with assassins on their payroll but had dialed it back since leaving Arkansas.
