In a tort case there are no fines.
And the only ones who really gain are the attorneys. If they win.

I would agree and that's an unfortunate part of our reality. The parasites, whether they be sociopaths, psychopaths, politicians or lawyers always seem to come on top.

Monsanto is going to sue all the farmers for not dying fast enough.

I heard the trans pacific and trans Atlantic trade agreements make it illegal to sue corporations. So if this happens it has to happen fast.

This would explain the radio commercials I have been hearing lately. They were running a commercial about Round Up that went something like. If you or anyone you know has been diagnosed with .............. Check your garages.. check with your neighbors... Contact us immediately at...... I've asked others if they had heard it on the radio but not too many people listen to am radio anymore.
