Who cares about Christianity?

Just as Christians pray that Jesus comes back to reclaim the world and set up his own version of a caliphate. What's the difference?

Hypocrisy doesn't invalidate truth but it sure should raise some red flags as to whether that "truth" is actually truth.

I doubt that's true. I'm Christian, but I don't want 2/3 of the humans on Earth to be killed in a terrible tribulation of War and Pestilence so that we can have a worldwide Kingdom under Jesus Christ. An imperfect world with forgiveness and redemption works just fine for me. Besides, Islam isn't the only major religion hoping for a terrible conflagration of suffering and death to lead to their world savior, is it?

I could give maybe a couple of hundred examples of what WE in western Europe can not grasp.

So what about Eastern Europe...? You know...Russia has been pretty christian these days,I guess you forgot about the Russians and their anti gay laws. What about the Vatican...? Or do they not count?

I think the point is that it's not much of an argument against Islam from a Christian perspective to deride them for praying for a savior to come to rule the Earth after all unbelievers are either converted or destroyed. In fact, it's kind of central to both Christianity and Islam.

The churches were empty 10 years ago as well. At least until Christmas, Chistianity has other problems than 'competing' religions on the belief-basar.

The biggest one is probably science.

Ok? What's your point? Prison tats or not, they have him tattooed all over their bodies and wear his symbol around their necks. If they can claim to be Christian and still dismember people while not actually being Christian then why is it different for ISIS and Islam?

ISIS doesn't represent Islam any more than those drug cartels represent Christianity.

how do you know it's islam? how do you know it's not some twisted kind of christianity, which to be honest would make more sense since the antichrist goes through most of his reign convincing the people that he is christ.

I think I see the point of this thread now.

He is complaining about Islam taking over and believes that it will eventually be the one world religion and the reason he believes this is because his belief system teaches that a one world religion is part of God's plan.

He wants Jesus to come back and knows this "one world religion" is a precursor to that but he is complaining about it taking place even though he secretly hopes it will.

So basically he is faking his outrage whIle on the inside he is smiling and giggling because he wants it to happen.

It doesn't make much sense but I guess that's the point: to feign outrage.

In the end times scenario Christians will be prosecuted, so to me it doesn't make sense Christians persecuting Christians. The third jewish temple must also be built prior to tribulation, how do you expect the muslims to give up "The Dome of the Rock" the second most holy site to the Islamic faith? No Christian is going to convince the Islam faith to give it up.

So you tell me?

It will be a miracle......(a bad one) .......wait and see..... some supernatural world wide event that occurs where the muslims are totally out of Jerusalem or they give up the DOME without a fight.

Eastern Europe...... just about the only thing that has changed commercialism and now you can eat a Big Mac in the East..... the same ole bad guys are still running the system.
