Thanks for trying. Google 'absent sternum' and you'll see pics of people that lack a sternum, so you can see the indentation/canal/dip below the throat.

But please go have that xray/scan as it will show you all your upper bones and the position of your heart.

Well, there was definatley no heart where I was pushing... That woukd feel creeypy as heck!

Did you see my picture? Our ribs are floating, and at the top we have a collar bone attatched to what you would lable a tiny sternum. But our ribs arent all attatched to it like yours...our ribs are free floating except at the very top.

not a question of lying, a question of me thinking this was a thread for others like me, so knowing they would understand exactly what I mean and not thinking about how much more I would need to explain to others who are not in the same boat.

So l was assuming more people would understand, it is hard explaining to people things that you think they should just KNOW, and realizing they dont is weird, scary, and frustrating... The man a few pages back explained things in a much better way than me.

There's a BIG difference between "not connected at the front" and "connected at the top". One is connected, the other isn't.

there IS a huge difference, considering EVERY SINGLE ONE of your ribs are attatced, and our are only attatched at the very top.... seriously!
