Fibromyalgia is diagnosed by excluding every thing else.

But if the doctors do not test for all/the right disorders that mimic fibromyagia the diagnoses is worthless.

But they don't exclude everything else.... Chronic pain can be a symptom of something as small as a postural deviation....and I've never once met a doctor that ever looked for postural deviations....
