I don't think the events at Fatima were going to cause something to happen. It was just a warning that something is going to happen, and to be prepared.

Good question. I guess we should ask the Pope. He was supposed to reveal the third secret in 1960, as Lucia instructed. They released what was believed to be a partial letter, but not the complete thing. Why did they choose to continue to conceal it?

The reference to 2012 was always mistaken. It was never meant to be the end of the world but a reset of the calendar. But, allot of stuff was happening then, including the whole Pope stuff. The Pope is one of the few who knows the 3rd and final Fatima event. He has always eluded to the fact that he thought he would be assassinated in office and many thought that was the 3rd event.

Looking at events that are taking place around the world things get interesting regarding this supposed event.

Possibilities:

1. Planet X: Despite all the nay Sayers that will say nasty things this planet turns out to be real, even reported by MSM now. We have seen it with the naked eye on more than one occasion now. This could cause all kinds of events that have been reported to be in the 3rd event. It is biblical, which also gives it credence.
2. Kill Shot: Huge mega discharge from the sun that engulfs the earth and fries most of us and sends the earth back to the stone age as well kills pretty much every one and every thing lol. Also, could be what is prophesied in Revelation. Also, warned by the remote viewer group headed by Major Ed Dames. They accurately warned of the near miss a couple of years ago.
3. WW3/Nuclear War: Many have speculated this is the 3rd event. One of the precursor events given by the remote viewers for the kill shot was an attack or nuclear explosion by N. Korea. Which is one of the few moron's out there that is just stupid enough to start a nuclear war. It could quickly draw in Russia, China, the U.S. etc.
4. Pole Shift: I noted in another thread that the sun was way out of position last night at sun set. Also, that the moon has been way out of position and even showing up during the day a couple of weeks ago when it should not have been. We also know due to a new university study that the pole's have shifted in the past very quickly. They were always thought to happen over a long period until this study was done. Edgar Cayce, an incredibly successful viewer predicted devastating pole shift. We know they have been shifting for some time.

these are just a few possibilities that are being floated as the possible 3rd event. It seems to me it could be a combination of these. Planet X is real and whether people want to believe or not it has already been effecting our planet as well as others. This was the most seismically and volcanicly active year on record. 38 volcano's exploding at one time and more yearly earthquakes than they have ever recorded. We also know we are way over due for the big one in the U.S. and we are also way over due for a big hit from the sun. It would be worse than being hit by an EMP on a global scale because it won't just fry electronics but people and animals and plants and start fires every where. Picture the sky on fire as actual burning plasma rains down. Described in revelations. They say when the poles do shift it will be catastrophic, as the crust will spin wildly. Nothing will be the same. This was described by Jesus himself when he said people will be stumbling around to and fro as if they were drunk. People don't talk about it much but good old Fukishima has basically killed the Pacific Ocean, we still don't have a clue the extent of the damage yet. We do know that we get 60% of our oxygen from ocean life, bet you did not know that one. Radiation is killing that life.

All things together and I think the potential is there for "something" terrible coming before the end of this year. I think the govt's, the vatican, they all know it is coming and they know what it is.... everything points to that. The bible itself points to this being the last days very clearly. You can knock me and these conclusions all you want to. But you better be preparing and doing what you can because one thing is for sure, it is going to get worse and not better... and think on this.... the United States is not even mentioned around events for the end times in the bible. In other words, we are gone, fallen... so get ready....

One other thing. recently a General talking to graduates from a military academy told the new officers that they were going to face hybrid armies as well as little green men in coming battles with aliens. what gets me with this fatima guff, forewarning was given for the 'miracle of the sun', between 30'000 to 100'000 showed up, with a bunch of photographers, who rather than take pictures of the 'miracle' took pictures of the crowd.
this isnt proof, obviously, and considering the final letter was to be opened in 1960, of which no apocalypse occurred, you have a nostradamus effect, the passage used for end times and date of 1999, miraculously changes when nothing happens.

It is interesting what you post, first of al there is another person other than me that starts speaking of Fatima connected to aliens.

However, I do not deny Our Lady's appearances, one of the very few fully approved apparitions by the Catholic Church. Let remember Our Lady is Queen of heaven, and as such, queen of all extraterrestrials as well.

If we are talking of evil aliens, we should admit the presence of good ET as well. Or called it simpler, angels and demons. We cannot talk constantly of one kind of them, and totally disregard the other. As some influential catholic sources keep doing so. For our own sake we have to realize both exist, even if we are to call them only "angels and demons".

I will post what Malachi Martin said in radio interview, although I do not take his words 100%. He read the secret yes, but still he doesn't know everything. None of us knows it.

I have watched Malachi Martin's radio interview on youtube. He said explicitly Kiev and Russia, not Ukraine. May be he said once Ukraine another time Kiev. You can find the interview on youtube. If it is Kiev, there is one major holy thing in it, the Kievan Lavra. St Seraphim of Sarov said about it, it would be lifted up to heaven (rapture like) together with 2 other churches, one of them the Kazan church where the famous icon is. The other one he said he forgot about it, that implies it might be a Western Christianity Church that he would feel inconvenient to name in Orthodox Russia 2 centuries ago.

However, Malachi Martin could have been given another piece of paper not the real one. After the 2000 fiasco we may expect everything by clerics. He may have been sent to laity purposely in order to give false info in all those interviews believing it is the real secret.

Similar reasons could be said of anything coming as from Lucia. Once it was said Russia was consecrated, another time it was said Russia was not, all coming from Lucia. How many Lucias there were?

Whatever the truth, we are before epochal delivery, be it fulfillment of expected secrets or their grand failure. I doubt anyone will pay a cent after 2017 is gone. More notably, the generation that should have witnessed all that happening, will die off by that time. We will have by that time the new cell phone generation that cannot care less of all that. I am of the belief that the majority of what we see as aliens are in fact evil fallen angels or the spirits of their dead children etc. Much of what we see as aliens are just a robotic biological goo, clones, the small grays. Of which I believe they are benevolently controlled. I believe the rest of what we see are either man made, ours, or angels. When we see the Lord return with the angels and their chariots will we see horse and chariot, I don't think so... we would see them probably as UFO, ala Ezekiel's wheel.

As for Fatima, it is interesting that many throughout time has pointed to what was described as UFO presence during this time frame and seen by multitudes.

For St., you musing's about the U.S. are interesting but unfounded in the bible. Fact is in the bible in the end times we, the U.S. are mysteriously absent, especially where you would think we would be helping Israel. However that is NOT the main point of this discussion, I only listed it out of curious coincidence, that the start of the Fatima 100th anniversary year coincides with the re-calculated Mayan year.

One may argue whether 2016-2017 is the anniversary year, or is it 2017-2018 instead. It hits the problem of year 2000 was it the last year of 20th century or the first year of 21st century.

The angelic apparitions occurred before 1917. First in 1915 Lucia saw a disc or a cloud. Then in 1916 the three children saw an angel (human looking figure) who talked to them. The month was not recorded because, as Lucia said later, they didn't know how to count days and months at that time...

About the drying of the clothes, it is the last apparition October 13, 1917 with the miracle of the dancing and falling sun towards earth, witnessed by at least 70,000 people coming from other towns and villages, and is recorded by the state media. Those are conservative and atheistic press estimates (during that time Portugal was ruled by anti-clerical dictatorship). I guess the reader may want to check multiple sources and also films about that.

What is to be noticed, the 3 secrets were NOT given at the time of the Sun Miracle, as popularly believed. They were NOT announced to the crowd or anytime later. The first written record of the 2 secrets comes as writing of Lucia in 1941 to the pope. Lucia at that time was already a cloistered nun and allegedly continued to have private apparitions of Virgin Mary and Jesus. The recorded text, focus of so much speculation, retells the secrets given on July 13, 1917 to the three children alone. The famous 3rd secret is a missing portion of that text.

Here's a photo of a painting by Sister Lucia that portrays a vision she had in chapel in 1929 and the vision was based on one of the secrets from 1917.

Malachi Martin told Art Bell that this painting shows what he had read in the secrets and was unable to divulge. Art Bell said that the sunburst behind the cross might bring to mind a major solar flare. At this point Malachi wouldn't say yea or nay, just that the painting shows everything.
