Unless a scientist has written on a piece of paper the sun is hot, peer reviewed it, you wouldn't believe it as a fact

See here you are once again missing the point. Science is not saying "that the sun is hot" rather it is measuring "how hot the sun is", which does require a greater level of rigor, than understanding that heat in light is from the solar body we orbit around. Similarly making observations that we are orbiting around the star, not the star around us... that was observation.

You really seem to dislike science. That is funny, as you are communicating on a technology, brought to you by those who rely on "those bits of paper" or in reality information, accurately, and honestly communicated to any who want to see it.

scientists can show that its not the sun rising but the earths rotation giving that illusion. but of course we shouldnt listen to science and its peer reviewed journals..

so obviously the sun "rises" and revolves around the earth because we clearly see it move across the sky, and most likely there is probably some sort of God that is pulling the sun across the sky also..
