You're not in there to prove something. You're in there to relieve yourself. If I gotta go and some guy is pulling a Vesuvius in the guy's bathroom, I'm going into an empty women's bathroom instead of waiting. If it's a multiple stall bathroom and there are others in there, wait for a stall and go.

I had the same experience in middle school. A private school and there would be 'sleep-overs' at the soccer coaches house. I was never allowed and did not know why. Turns out he had molested dozens of kids including a brother and sister. He was an equal opportunity scumbag. Luckily my parents did not put me in that danger. It could not happen.

The bill is overriding local laws that designate what bathroom to use. It has to be based on your Birth Certificate. Again, go to the DMV dressed as your identified character and see what happens. Can you change you sex on your license? If not, then 'legally' you should use the bathroom you were 'born' to use and not identify with. If you 'identify' you are a transvestite. That is a step away from simply dressing in drag.

Because anatomically a trans-female has been surgically "refitted" with all the correct parts to make them female.
This goes the same with trans males. So not only do transgender people look like the sex they identify as but anatomically they do as well. So forcing them to use the restroom they don't identify with is illogical.

The point is someone of the opposite sex is going to be in either the men's or women's room. So in this case it would be a child.

How do you know that there is not someone you think is straight (but not trans) that is not into your kid? Laws do nothing to prevent that.

Hay ya'll I'll be keeping tabs on this thread for sure so the next time the gun control debate comes up I can point out the several people here who I've seen berate others for the "Criminals gunna commit crimes anyway" arguments.

If anything this discussion has given some good insight into those who only believe in what they are saying when it benefits them or their agendas.

As for Trumps statements, seems contradictory to what you would expect his response to have been. I get the feeling now that he's wrapped up the nomination he'll start to soften his opinions. Who am I kidding though, he probably won't.
