happened in 1975, 41 years ago, judge ask her to defend this scum, she ask the judge if she could be removed, he said no...she was a public defender, who have to defend THE WORST PEOPLE because it's THEIR JOB....why she laughed?....because of the hundreds of times being asked about this, its has become a stupid, ignorant question by people that do not understand how our judicial system works.....

Laughing off questions might not be the best way to defend your position, in a few seconds she could have easily given a meaningful answer.

Maybe it's all just "coincidental" clerical errors.

I'm sure they will say it is, however Hillary should have been put in prison long ago, she has an unchecked wrap sheet longer than most hardened criminals. I wish they would just burn her already. I am so tired of seeing that evil prune.

some democrats on ATS need to get a backbone, and stand up for what they believe. as you, as well as i have noticed, there are no limits to what the right will say to strike fear and suspicion into people that ARE NOT right-wing enough,whether it's true or not.

She is human and that was the point. I used it to highlight the hypocrisy of others and it appears that the point was missed. I can't help that. I do not excuse her for the lies she has told. Are you asking if it is ethical to accuse someone of disenfranchising voters or if the act of disenfranchising itself in ethical?

I'd say both are unethical. You should not accuse someone without proper evidence, which is done on this site many times a day by nutters, and you should not manipulate the election system.

We should wait to see how that aspect turns out before we throw around silly accusations to fit our silly political agendas.
