Yes, but are you not familiar with the concept of stacking charges?
A prosecutor charges someone with multiple charges with various degrees of severity in order to have them plea down to the lessor charge.
Again plodding government.

I just don't see most trans-gender people having to deal with this issue. They are living as their chosen gender and they dress and act that way. They will go into the restroom and do their business just like everyone else. No one will question them unless they are doing something creepy.

I believe that this has specifically targeted transgendered people.
Isn't there already a law against molesting people?

McCrory is already making changes and "trying to clarify".
This bill is directly targeting students. This is all about paranoid, ignorant parents.
This bill is directly targeting those little m/f trans kids Freija has posted.
That's what its really all about.
Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards issued an executive order Wednesday that protects LGBT state workers from discrimination — and bans LGBT discrimination in state contracts — and also rescinds an order by his Republican predecessor.
In 2015, former Gov. Bobby Jindal signed a “marriage and conscience” executive order to protect those who exercise their religious beliefs opposing same-sex couples marrying.
But Edwards — a Democrat — said Jindal’s decree was “inconsistent with the object and principles” of his efforts to protect LGBT people from discrimination.
In a press release explaining his decision, Edwards said Jindal’s order served “a narrow political agenda. It does nothing but divide our state and forced the business community, from Louisiana’s smallest businesses to large corporations, like IBM, to strongly oppose it.”
“While the governors of North Carolina and Mississippi have signed into law discriminatory measures targeting LGBT people in the workplace, Governor Edwards is standing up and sending a different message -- one that tells his fellow Southern governors that Louisiana will not turn its back on its motto of union and fairness. However, this cannot be the last action by Louisiana to ensure equality for all. This executive order still allows for religiously-based state contractors to discriminate against LGBT employees while accepting taxpayer funds. We call on the state’s elected officials to pass a law protecting all LGBT Louisianans from discrimination in the all workplaces and beyond.”

What is wrong with society! Cmon people if you have a penis you go to the men's bathroom, if you have a vagina you go to the women's bathroom!

Very smart for a man going into a girls bathroom when she is old enough to go on her own. Guess your not a parent and probably couldn't parent if you tried.

Exactly. If someone is so worried that their special little snowflake will be violated in a restroom, freaking escort them........
