You think the government had something to do with this ?

awkward.. your last post hinted in the governments involvement.

The secretive nature of the governments on all topics but NOT THAT TIME....just that ONE TIME they told everyone the whole story and that is the bottom line!!!

Sorry if I got the name of it wrong.

I typed Apollo Moon Lander 13 in Google and it gave me that image, so I guess it must be true?

Whatever its correct title is. NASA is convincing everyone it went to the moon.

And you have proof they didn't go to the moon because....?

Because you think a craft they used looks flimsy and would break if you farted while inside of it?

Have you built one of those crafts with the materials they say it is built with, flown it to the moon, and farted inside of it to see if it is that flimsy?

No?

Then what's the point of your thread, besides to tell the rest of ATS that you don't think a craft built by NASA to go to the moon isn't strong enough to withstand one of your farts?

I'm confused.

The Apollo guys didn't go to the Moon in "that", they went in a much sturdier and heavier Command Module. The LM was used only for getting from lunar orbit to the surface and back to the lunar orbit.

Now you're using facts in a moonhoax thread. That's against the rules, don't you know?

If this keeps up, we will find out that the moon does not consist of a cultured and aged dairy product with fungus allowed.

Maybe that's why we dont go back to the Moon? We dont want to flood the world cheese market hence doom our future generations to economic oblivion.

I think the younger generations will soon see why we never went back to the moon.
Once the Chinese land there a couple of times and release some vids showing the crews walking around doing nothing of real value.
You grab some rocks, set up a few automated science stations then what ?

So all the Helium 3 and Titanium that's abundant and that could be mined and utilized is not in the least bit appealing?

Never mind the fact that the Moon is a great place launch a future mission to Mars or any of the other planets for that matter.

Yes it is..but currently beyond our grasp. NASA's budget is a fraction of what it was during the Apollo missions. We dont NEED the He3 right now. Im sur the day will come when we will want it , but right now, no one is going to pay to retrieve it from the moon. No conspiracy, just finance

Our children or "younger generations" might just require such resources through.

They might even fear to tread where the current generation refuse to go and possible launch missions to Mars and other places.

The Moon is our best hope of ever colonizing other worlds and a perfect test bed for refining our technology to do so.

I do agree however that finance is indeed holding back the progress of humanity. To may haves as apposed to the have nots regrading our world. Point of fact its the distribution of wealth amungst or populations that's the problem.

Oh yeah, i mean, im not arguing against exploring the moon. I just wasn't sure if you were suggesting that the fact we haven't been back yet is suspicious. So i was addressing that only.

"Just wasn't sure if you were suggesting that the fact we haven't been back yet is suspicious".

Well lets face it, suspicious sums it up rather nicely but certainly down to the financial implications rather than Aliens/Nazis or even Alien Nazis.

You guys really need to check out a series of books by W.A. Harbinson called Projekt Saucer, if you haven't already.

It starts with a US scientist/engineer who goes to Nazi Germany to get funding for his revolutionary flying disc technology because the US isn't interested, and he has absolutely no morals, only scientific goals. It goes through WW2 then the cold war and just keeps going.

Excellent fiction, although I think the author actually believes there is something to the story.

And what would be the point in going back? We've been there, collected samples, etc., so why go back?
