1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th and 10th, 11th, 14th for starters.

*eyeroll*
That's ridiculous to even think about, let alone suggest. Those aren't going anywhere. Hysterical catastrophizing is not good for anyone, does nothing productive, and is harmful. You are wallowing in it. I just hope you don't talk about that kind of thing in front of (or with, or within earshot of) your kid. Don't expose him to hysterical nonsense like that.

He's at a very impressionable age...and kids pay attention to parents' moods, behaviors, hissy fits, and invented trauma. You'll screw him up for life if you don't stop it.

Not much apparent support for Cruz. I find that surprising.

The U.S. is sorely in need of regaining credibility. At least at the political level.

Why is it surprising? The last thing the us needs to have a self-styled "Supreme Leader Theocrat" as President. Puts us in a category of ridicule...and NO ONE who knows Ted likes him personally. He's disgusting, delusional, and off-putting.

Things could get very interesting in the general... it might be a great chance for an independent to win.
If it's Killary vs Trump then 50% of each of their parties supporters will be holding their noses when they vote for them (if they are the only two).

Lets say a really smart outsider comes along and throws their hat in the ring - one who has been watching and planning based on policy, and reaction. They take a chunk of Killary's vote and a chunk of Trumps vote... they could win with 40%...

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Sanders did this. Then again to his credit he seems to do what he says he's going to do and he said he'd stay out.

The alternative scenario is a third term for Obama.

Conspiracy ALERT:

The constitution is rather more flimsy on 3rd terms that one would have thought and the appointment of a new Supreme Court Justice might just be in time to allow Obama to run as vice president and for Hillary to step down as soon as she is voted in to office - or go to jail.

If you enjoyed the Munster's as a child he would remind you of Grandpa (the voice of reason though not sure about his experimental basement laboratory and the potential for unexpected consequences).

The establishment has to decide what it's going to do..

The Republican Establishment leadership made Donald Trump sign an agreement stating that he would abide by their rules and not run against a Republican candidate as an independent.

Trump thought long and hard, and finally signed the agreement. It was the big media story of the day, if you recall.

Now, the same party leadership that compelled Trump to sign the agreement, is moving heaven and earth to prevent his nomination. These people have no integrity or honor, which makes the Republican Party itself virtually worthless!

If those bozos end up preventing Donald Trump from being the Republican nominee, I'm pretty sure he will direct all of his support to Hillary Clinton. I'll vote for her too. If the corrupt Republican Leadership gives we Trump supporters "the finger", helping to get Hillary elected will be the perfect pay-back punishment.

Story has been broken by the National Enquirer (bit of a rag although has been correct on some of these stories before) and says he has had affairs with 5 women that have come forward.

Seeing that Hillary and the Democrat Party, in general is no better, I'd suggest assisting in the formation of an alternate party.

Also, numerous GOP leaders have stated that supporting Hillary might be preferable to nominating Trump. (To save their personal power base. Further indictment of the GOP leadership.

A pox on them both.

The effect of Trump even before he is President.

Ford announcement

Ford staying in America and abandoning $2.5bn facility in Mexico

Ford just got on the #TrumpTrain

This is what real leadership can actually do.

More of these polls..ugghh! 2 months ago polls had Trump ahead in both Florida and Ohio. There are 7+ months until the election. Stop with the polls already. In May 1992 polls had Perot ahead of both Clinton and Bush. How did that turn out?

Bah, who appoints those members???

The 'wall' has already been approved...and started...even under Obama portions were built. Mexico has one at it's southern border with Guatemala and Europe is building walls a mile a minute with their refugee issues...

The President does with senate approval as the have 5 year terms but, they do not come up all at the same time. Which is why you always have to have a mix of Republicans and Democrats or the Senate will not approve them. They also are funded by regulatory fees so neither congress nor the President control their budget. Which is why you see the FCC ignore the President and Congress all the time.

Their is no wall between Mexico and Guatemala. And as most people sail up the river their would be little point in one. And the US tried building a fence along the border. It has been a disaster. Costly, and because most of the border lands are private property they have taken peoples land from them and because of buildings, homes etc, sometimes parts of the US are fenced off on the Mexican side. And of course people just get a ladder and a rope and climb over or the use tunnels to go under. Walls are a joke.

Best case for the GOP is a brokered convention and they toss somebody like Ryan or another GOPer not seen as insane who has not been dirtied by the current primaries. With a choice like that they have chance at independents which neither Trump nor Cruz do.

If they did that, the GOP would basically tell all Trump supporters that their votes didn't count.

This would basically destroy the party (which may not be a bad thing).

For starters, IF they did this, I'd be sure to vote AGAINST every other GOP candidate on the ballot (and I doubt I'd be alone). Additionally, it may force Trump to abandon the GOP and run independent. This would absolutely destroy even a snowball's chance in hell of a GOP candidate's go at Hillary.

Basically, there is NO scenario I can see for the GOP winning the Presidency....shy of Trump, and that's a VERY slim chance. It would require the existence of tons of closet Trump-supporters (which there are plenty of) showing up at the polls and voting. That said, I still don't think we have any shot at derailing Hillary in the Oval Office.

The GOP thinks not having Trump on the ballot will save their Congressional chances. If Trump SHOULD have gotten the nomination, but doesn't....I think they'd see just how wrong that assumption is.

Of course, may be a non-issue, as we'll see how well this Cruz mistresses scandal plays out.

When I first heard it, sounded like a stunt, but it's got legs it seems...(like the payoff to Carly, etc.) Cruz's days may be numbered....

It looks like Cruz has a sex scandal on Twitter, I know not super reliable.

More reliable than you think. While the National Enquirer has a certain rep, it DOES excel in outing such affairs, and it already reported it. Likewise, this was then backed up by a Washington Times reporter, and a few other media sources. I have a feeling this is going to go way more mainstream over the weekend.

A random poll here or there will pop with Trump but consistently over the last year it has been Clinton by different margins. And yes for a month Perot was on top in the national poll, although never when you took the state by state electoral count and polling into account. Because numbers pop here and there you have to look at longer term numbers that show consistency and do so by states that effect the electoral college. Trump constantly loses key battleground states since the primaries began and that gap has just gotten larger.

Hate to say it, but the above poster is correct.

I think the GOP leaders know it too. They know they have already lost the White House, and they privately conceded to it. So now what?

Now, you try and protect the Congressional seats up for election. To do this, they THINK that getting Trump off of there, is the ticket.

No wall between Mexico and Guatemala
? How is it when I google it, there four different pictures of walls between the two nations??

Even concertina wire would be a deterrence and the ONLY reason tunnels have been working is TPTB want them to 'work'. Try tunneling into the White House sometime....

So what do you advocate? Hillary's open border policy?

P.S. "walls are a joke". Walls around prisons, private estates, The Vatican. Military and high security installations....yep, a joke.
