Ah damn sorry for using my brain
Ok so he is a CIA op and they put this report out so he can hide in plain site when it would of been a lot easier if they said nothing at all.
Sorry for commenting I'll take my two pence back
There is a difference between offering an opinion and making a definite determination without suitable evidence to back it up.
I said earlier that the likelihood he was an operative was slim but did not presume that I had the authority to end the debate based on my own personal belief.
And I too was offering my own opinion, my opinion was that at the slim chance of him being a CIA op is not correct. Surely if you were a CIA op involved in these attacks you would leave NO evidence you were there never mind having a news report about you being aired. People start connecting dots when you realease Information, just like here on ATS. All it took was that one report and already being suggest he may of been CIA .. Cover blown straight away. It's best to say nothing at all

i wouldn't say perfect cover .. Perfect cover is when you leave no trace that you were even there at these events. Allowing information out and allowing people to connect dots is not perfect cover

He is just as likely to be a time traveller from the future observing key terrorist events and just stood a little too close this time.
I thought he could be back researching the events that led to whatever is the outcome of this "terror war". If it is true it could be a bad sign for the outcome unless scholastic research in the future uses time travel much like a library or the internet of today.
But I wonder about Boston, it seems to be a bit of an outlier. Maybe his presence there is why he became involved or volunteered.
You've made me want to watch fridge again

Maybe we should trawl through old photo's of other events like 911 looking for him?
