I e heard navy seals say that the locals appreciated their help. Just watched a vice episode about Afghanistan and they are relying on our help to fight ISIS. You sure about that?

Did you also happen to look at how drug importation in to the West increased since the invasion of Afghanistan? Why else would the USA be in Afghanistan.

I think your rhetotic would be completely different if this was in your neck of the woods. I didnt say it was Turkey's fault. You always deny events in Europe Ive noticed or downplay them when in all due respect you dont live in Europe or UK so not quite sure how you can deny events there!. I was responding about the fact we are going to allow 70 million in from there where terrorism is rife at the moment. Like we havent got enough problems. Many in Europe dont agreee with the deal with Turkey! Not only does it mean we will still be accepting Syrian refugees but also Turks. I'm sorry I think the time has come to completely shut borders in Italy and Greece and throughout Europe. The EU's responsibility is for its citizens and it is failing terribly. (I would be happy to accept Kurds, Christians etc from Syria but unfortunately dont know how that would be possible, they afterall are fleeing radical jihadists and deserve our protection). The people who dont deserve our protection are the people who rioted and protected the Paris attacket in Brussels and saw him walking the streets and did nothing!

Europe need to start deporting any radicals even if third generation, sod their human rights what about our human rights to be safe!a reply to: reldra

Shots fired and Arabic shouted before the explosions. Belgium forces already treating as a terrorist attack.

Where did you read that?

It's on twitter, but twitter has several things that have no source, ike this "More explosive devices were reportedly found in #Brussels Airport according to Belgian media".

Neither one has a news source.

FFS! You can't have it both ways ATS. You can't want people to bring live breaking content on important stories then bitch about news sources.

And so eye-rolling at the first few pages of this thread with members caveating as events unfolded that we don't know if it's terror yet. Or related to ISIS. In #ing BRUSSELS. Where Abdeslam has been hiding out for 3 months.

I'm sick of this pseudo-intellectual skepticism. You all are so busy being PC that someone could sneak up behind you and lop your heads off and you would still be doubting radical Islam was responsible.

It disturbs me that you managed to take that conclusion away from what I posted.

I do not believe in doing nothing, not in the least. I believe in only doing what is strictly necessary, in only applying punitive measures to those who have actually done something wrong, rather than forming negative opinions of entire demographics. I believe in refusing to repeat the past mistakes our governments have made over successive generations, which have lead us to this point.

I also believe in trying to forge a future where those who believe the lie, that the Middle East never advanced past the Barbary pirate era, that it has always been a cess pit and nothing more, are no longer a statistically relevant voter bloc, where those who would rather believe a lie about any other nations people, than know the truth about their own, are less than a percentage of the population, and as such have no power to place their boots on our necks. I also wish to forge a future where those who wrote those lies are vilified, and those who fought the lie exalted, so that we might finally move forward from a position of real truth. Without truth, there can be no justice, no legitimacy.

Without those things, all there can be is propaganda, and at the moment that is all anyone has. The truth is that we ARE responsible for not preventing our governments from abusing their power in our name, and using our resources. As citizens of a democratic nation, we have a duty to ensure that our leaders represent our interests, and it is not in my interest, or anyone else's, to have my nations intelligence arm help create the circumstances necessary to cause a terror war. Yet this they have done.

I firmly believe that if there is something to be done about the wider issue of immigration, it must be done only once every supremacist from my own shores, has been outed, only once those in power who have been complicit in the creation of foreign terror organisations for generations, have been found out, and convicted of treason, only once our house is in order, do we have the right to call others to account for reacting to our failures.

You can argue the toss, and if you want to characterise me in a way which makes it easier for you to ignore your responsibilities, then you have the right to do so. Having the right to do it, does not make it the right thing to do, but that distinction may be lost on you, if the other distinctions you have glossed over are anything to go by.

I agree with you 100%.

Well with your mind blown so easily it figures why your posts have no substance, and you only heard it last week. Have you been living under a rock?
Now start doing some basic research without bringing up "rituals"

Iraq's 'special relationship' The coup that brought the Ba'ath Party to power in 1963 was celebrated by the United States. The CIA had a hand in it. They had funded the Ba'ath Party - of which Saddam Hussein was a young member- when it was in opposition. US diplomat James Akins served in the Baghdad Embassy at the time. "I knew all the Ba'ath Party leaders and I liked them," he told me.

Pretty much summed the entire situation up . If the Belgians say it is terrorism , who am I to question ? The west's liberal mentality .Lets see.
Gunfire - check
Shouting in Arabic before the explosives went off - check
Suicide bombers- check

Of course our President would have said it was an incident of workplace violence.Where is he , btw ? Where are any of the Dems ? Trump and Cruz have both spoken....

I did see that reason and had it in my mind but still, that´s my opinion. There should not be something like sippenhaft (guilt by association). But the whole idea sounds good to me. Bring that up in my country and you are counted far right. Especially the guilt by association thing does not run very good in germany.

Yeah, I knew it would be considered controversial at first look. But no country has the means to check all these families. This would put the ball in their court to self check, pure deterrents. And yes, nowadays it's considered far right but there, back in Paris in the mid-nineties it was very popular and just barely got voted down.

We need to do something, but what?

Libya had fall so fast

Libya fell extremely fast because they talked of creating a Gold backed Dinar to trade amongst the ME countries - the Rothschilds Bankers put a quick stop to that.

People can read the first few pages and decide for themselves. I'm not pissing in anyone's cheerios, I'm calling it like I see it. There is a difference between assessing unfolding events and gate-keeping your agenda.

Disclaimer I am atheist

Islamic terror reigning destruction and on the war path across this world and liberals have the #ing gull to say," how about those extreme Christians" people #ing died today and are dying daily because of Islamic terror, stop the bull#.

we can no long fight a defensive or reactive war against Islamic terror, we have to start going into the community's and hunt these #ers down and those who support them, I don't care if it looks like door to door raids it's time to take the fight to them and get them the # out of the west!

You know, I thought about making a thread about the war with extremism. My main point was going to be about how we label things wrongly, and the labels we put on things allow others with an agenda to shout down any logic you might use.

Time to stop speaking about the war on Islamic extremism (religion) and time to start speaking about the war on Islamic extremism (ideology).

Nobody has a problem with going to war against a horrible ideology, we have had world wars based on such, the cold war itself was all about ideology.

So it seems that we really need to reword what we are saying, we need to be against Islamic ideology here in the west, when that ideology threatens our western ideology.
