but i will say this. i will not take the mark of the beast, and if jesus does come back i will know it is him, he will know i was a doubter, i will accept him, he will forgive me like thomas, and i will dawn my sword for jesus and fight to the bitter end (bitter for the bad guys).

well, thats just how it is. its not that im not joining the team (god), its that i dont know if the team even exists.

if they do i have no doubt they will 'make it'

the point being that i wont play for the other team ever (satan).
of course it canbe argued that by not playing for either team that i am playing for satan. a good quote in this case is " the only thing required for evil to triumph is for good men to sit by and do nothing." i dont do that regardless of my religios beliefs, so i feel if there honestly is going to be an armagedon i will get 'drafted' by the 'good' team.

the only flaw i see in my theory is if i get whacked by the devil for not taking the mark before jesus comes back. of course if that time comes i will immediately renig my heathenous ways and pray for forgiveness. i have been schooled on how to do that so i feel confident.

oh and the extra 1.4% is of course the belife that anything is possible and that the bible was truly written by god thru mans hand. i guess that makes me agnostic not athiest...

It was prophesized that the Messiah would come and, well, be a great person and do all of these miracles and preach and all that, but it was also foretold that there would be false Messiahs, like the Antichrist or this Maitreya guy, that would pretty much do the exact same stuff. Now, when there are several people that are saying and doing the same kind of stuff, how the hell are we supposed to know which one is the true Messiah? How do us Christians know that Jesus isn't a fake and Maitreya, for example, is actually the Messiah? It seems like humanity was placed in a bit of a gamble situation, like being presented with three identical cups and asking to choose the one with the ball under it. If we choose one of the wrong ones, we are sent to hell for eternity, but if we choose the right one, we are rewarded in eternal bliss. Hopefully Jesus could've understood when someone was skeptical about Him being the true Messiah after they were taught that there will also be fakes. My beliefs are based on faith of course and the fact that most of the world seemed pretty damn sure that Jesus was no fake and that opinion is what I am asking about.

Jesus Christ was THE Messiah, in the truest sense of the word. There have been many PROPHETS throughout Earth's history, I being one of them. But Christ was the Son of God, he was God's flesh and blood messenger, and he was the greatest guy EVAR! There has never been and never will be anyone like him. He is unparalleled.
I saw a post where someone made a joke and said that they know Jesus personally, that he lives a few doors down from them. Normally, I would say tsk tsk... but honestly, I HAVE met the Messiah, flesh and blood... and believe it or not, he is alive and well. He has grown up in this lifetime from an infant (of course), and I have known him since he was two. He is without a doubt the most profound human being I've ever met, the most selfless, caring, and understanding individual in history, and freaky enough, he can read minds. He's very quiet, keeps to himself most times. When he speaks, you can hear the voice of God speaking through him, his voice is like a thousand rambling waters... very deep and authoritative, but in a very humble and respectful way. He is the most beautiful man physically that I've ever laid eyes on. Contrary to popular believe, he was not born December 25, but his sign is actually the Virgo. Funny enough, his birth year is the Chinese Rabbit (el oh el). I of course can't divulge any specific information about him, it is not time yet for the prophesy to be fulfilled in these times, and to be honest, I don't know exactly what that entails. His Dad told me only once who he really is, and we have not spoken on the subject since, as he refuses to speak a single word about himself. He has a regular Joe-Shmoe name, just like the rest of us, his name isn't Jesus or Yeshua or anything like that. But funny, his initials are JC. I don't get the answers I need from them... they really do speak to me in parables. But it's my belief that this is his second coming, and that the Apocalypse is near.
