The highest Scottish court has just ruled that the Proroguing of Parliament by Boris Johnshon was unlawful - wow, we're turning into America with court shopping until the required result is achieved.
Obviously this will now go to the Supreme Court.
What a farce.

An elite conspiracy against the peoples will! Many battles were fought throughout history because of politicising the legal system.

But lets see what the Supreme Court says and my suspicion is they will rule as the English court ruled because there is nothing written down to say the Proroguing is illegal. And if not written then its just speculation and if speculation then it should not be deemed illegal.

That is for sure! This document stating the problems dates 2 August was done deliberately to appear after BJ took office. Its just more BS scaremongering. They said that if the people voted leave there would be an economic collapse, that was over 3 years ago and the economy is not in bad order and the collapse didn't happen. In fact the economy is in a fair position to withstand a no deal BREXIT!

I believe that the reason the remainsters want a remain has got nothing to do with a so called economic catastrophe.

1. An extension is not granted which means a no deal BREXIT - but unlikely
2. A deal is done that is a HALF-BREXIT which would mean we would be better off remaining
