They have to have been. Drudge must've passed our research on to a Washington Post reporter.
Rogers spoke to a Post reporter briefly on the phone and confirmed that he was at the ranch the weekend of Scalia’s death, He declined to comment further.
Lewis did not respond to several attempts for comment.

So tickled the WaPo picked up on the Order of St. Hubertus info!!!
(But "make no mistake" I still expect an answer from my records request. As a former blogger on *ahem* another subject, I feel like I've been sidelined by the media before when it comes to open records law. So my feelers are up now that I called the DA's bluff.)
ETA: I hope anyone willing will follow up with the same request I made. And I hope anyone willing will request the death certificate. I know I will be looking into the vital records laws to see if it's disclosable and will request it if I find any law that allows it.
May I order anyone's death certificate online?
No. Death certificates with a date of death within the past 25 years are protected records. If you live in Texas, you can order the records of your immediate family members. If you live outside Texas, you must be the surviving spouse of the deceased, a parent of the deceased or the funeral director of the funeral home on the record. If you cannot apply online, you may apply through other methods, as described on the Texas Vital Statistics website.

It would behoove us to look at the Texas Public Information Act for any provision(s) that my override the vital records law: Texas Public Information Act
F. Section 552.3035: Attorney General Must Not Disclose Information at Issue
Section 552.3035 expressly prohibits the attorney general from disclosing information that is the
subject of a request for an attorney general decision.

This Bohemian Club is interesting. Bohemian Grove where the USA chapter of the Order of St. Hubertus held it's first meeting has quite a sinister and secretive history.

Over his head doesn't mean over his face. If he laid down so he was lower down on the mattress, the pillow is over his head, without having anything to do with something nefarious.
