If they have another camera or video device, they could take a video of the guns while the phone audio is happening so people can line up a reference point/timestamp for the guns being there when they said they were.
Without reaching for the weapons, they could try to get video of any serial numbers or unique identifiers then upload the pseudo-timestamped video to anyplace(s) they can and get the word out for people to pull in in before it is taken down.

I don't really see any other way of trying to get the proof out there if they have it.

'Well as I understand it...the USA is currently run by a thieving Oligopoly whether its seizing lands or bailing out their Banker mates or offshoring jobs or creating wars overseas on pretext for regime change (resources theft) or out of control LEO's.

Unfortunately i think that you right, nothing but a bitter gorilla war is going to stop the elites shreading the constitution. You can not beat them by obeying the law and by peacefully protesting the day is coming where they will just shoot you. The elites agenders are about to be accelerated and their is little that most people can do about it. Even a situation like gandis in india would just result today in mass deaths and no peaceful resolution like it did back then
