Wow. This just in... Blaine Cooper Speaks- says LaVoy left ALL his weapons at the complex. So according to Blaine, LaVoy didn't even HAVE a gun when he got shot. Which corroborates Victoria's story as well, because she said she didn't see him have a gun at all. This is in stark contrast to what authorities said that he did have a gun. Yeah, maybe the one they planted on him.

In addition, Blaine says he has 100 men that are hiding and just waiting to see "how this plays out".

thanks for keeping up with this topic and sharing what you have found. I thought I would share something myself.

See the below photo? See the angle? Isn't that where LaVoy "reached for his gun"? Where the red line intersects with his body?

One threatens the order of things, the other does not. It's obvious who the government is more afraid of.

I don't think he was reaching in his pocket. His jacked was fully zipped. I think he was clutching a wound. I think he was being shot while he was running with his hands up causing him to grab his body.

There's no way to draw a conclusion of what really happened from the video other than the eyewitnesses obviously didn't see what really happened. He didn't "charge" the police, neither did he get executed on his knees with his hands up. Obviously he doesnt keep his hands up and reaches for something, whether it's a bullet or a gun we'll be able to tell once audio from the vehicles is released. Until then all this is conjecture.

The government is far from beyond criticism in dealing with this, but I'm not going to go on record saying the one guy that swore he'd never get taken alive was murdered without evidence of it.

A fair number of people there, for it being a small town.

Good to see, need more people.

Major media is showing up, NY Times, Reuters, and Fox News-so far.

Personally, I'd not mind seeing this become a major news story, in everyone's faces.

I have a soft-spot for ranchers, and farmers and those that work the land. It's not easy work.

This should be brought out into the very open. The government needs to feel immense pressure from the citizenry, and learn that this sort of thuggery is not acceptable. From the bottom up, and the top down across all circles and structures. It needs to stop. We are all people, and no one is any better then another.

The government needs to learn its place, and it is not micromanaging the country and all its people.

The twitter hashtag #oregonstandoff has many updates and pics from the rally, both supporting LE and the occupiers.

Also, it appears Ammon is miffed that he isn't allowed to leave jail, so he is asking for a different judge to overturn Judge Staci Beckerman's order. Link

Shawna Cox was released (with an ankle bracelet), with the following conditions:

she’s not allowed to be in Oregon, except to attend court proceedings
she is not allowed to enter any federal facilities without prior authorization
she also isn’t allowed to contact her co-defendants
may not possess firearms.

I'm not surprised that they won't let them bail out. I doubt any judge will go with that.

That is debunked BOTH by the FBI's story and Victoria's story. 3 quick shots and he dropped where he was standing. No prior shots fired (when he frantically reached while walking to his final position)

I agree with you about not being micromanaged by our governments, whether it be federal, state, or local. Banning supersized drinks comes to mind. If someone wants to rot their teeth and die from complications of diabetes, that's their choice.

This link has some eye-opening background on the years of hassle between the US Fish and Game and the Hammonds; told by some of the folks that had to work with them or repair the damage they caused.

They allege the Hammonds lawbreaking ranged from aerial hunting of animals in the refuge to death threats against employees and their families to cattle grazing that was altering the entire species composition of critical ecosystems.

Read it.
The job the USFW and BLM managers have to do, isn't some cake walk. And in recent years, refuge land use had found a modicum of peaceful agreement. Birds and Burgers

Didn't these people announce that they were there to fight to the end? I am pretty I saw that guy say that sitting in a lawn chair. Delusions. Live by the Sword, Die by the Sword.

Words exchanged as a result of showing passion for a cause and for any other reason should not be regarded as having signed their own death warrant. Only when they carry out the convictions stated in the words they spoke can you actually say they asked for it.
There is a reason that surrender is usually offered in even the most dire situations. People have a right to acknowledge a change of heart or to come to a realization that their situation wasn't worth "fighting to the end" or whatever. In any case, this does not appear to be the time and place of his choosing to suicide by LEO, they made a decision he hadn't fully realized yet.

You have either intentionally lied or you didn't actually watch her interview.

At 1:13:30 in the video she clearly says they were shot at the FIRST time they were stopped. She also stated they were video taping from the car but their phones were confiscated, so we should get to see those videos eventually unless evidence has been destroyed. After they were shot at the driver made the decision to continue driving. She also said that as soon as they hit the snowbanks she started to hear bullets: "a lot of bullets actually". She also said he could have been already hit as a bunch of shots came through the windshield. She also said she WATCHED him get shot WHILE HIS HANDS WERE UP, which lines up with what we see in the video where he suddenly clutches his body. Then she heard THREE MORE SHOTS.

So the narrative you just tried to portray was false.

You can't claim someone has portrayed a false narrative by quoting another narrative. People just need to wait until actually evidence comes out before jumping to conclusions. If they have video that'll be nice, cause if shots were fired before they ran that'll help with their claims.

She says 3 shots, consecutive shots, pop, pop, pop "we saw him go down right as the FIRST 3 shots hit him"

So no, that was not him clutching his body...that is when he went down...Her words + FBI story align there.

The clutching his body part? She heard no gun shots during those moments, that was him reaching into his pocket or for the holster.

Land wars are stupid. Voting for good people and sensible zoning laws is fruitful.

Remember the last time that "good people" were elected into office?

Yeah I know it's been a while, but I do believe they were offed just like Mr. LaVoy was...

I think the only people who are deluded are those who still believe that that "elected" politicians are the ones who are really in control.

Vote all you want, the "hidden hand" that Disraeli spoke about won't change.

The ones really in control are never elected.

Teddy Roosevelt said:

“Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people...”

While democracy appears to offer us a choice, the fact is that the choices it offers are meaningless.

I see voting as nothing more than a form of propaganda that tries to convince people that we have a voice and that we can fix the broken and corrupt system, when all it does is entice people to buy into a broken and corrupt system.

"Governments do not govern, but merely control the machinery of government, being themselves controlled by the hidden hand." ~ Benjamin Disraeli; Prime Minister of England

Past presidents of the United States and other high profile political leaders have repeatedly issued warnings over the last 214 years that the U.S. government is under the control of an “invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.”

From Washington to JFK: Former Presidents Warn About Illuminati

The U.S. Presidential election was rigged even before the first ballot was cast. The whole voting system is rigged by the Illuminati to keep their control of the People in so-called "democratic" societies. Almost every person in a so-called "democratic" society thinks that so-called elections are REAL. They want the American people to believe that they live in a democracy and that their elections are "real" and "free" and not manipulated or corrupted. Nothing could be further from the TRUTH.

The American elections are a "staged" Illuminati event to give the American people the belief that a "real" democratic event is happening and that no matter who wins, it is your "patriotic" duty to wave a red, white and blue flag and "blindly" follow that leader and do whatever he says, including killing innocent men, women and children in unnecessary "wars for Illuminati profits" In order for the Illuminati to get their American "SLAVES" to do their bidding, an intensive daily dose of brainwashing and mind control is in constant play.

The Illuminati Always Win The 'Election'

The voters who put Barack Obama in office expected some big changes. But six years into his administration, the Obama version of national security looks almost indistinguishable from the one he inherited. The presidency itself is not a top-down institution, as many people in the public believe, headed by a president who gives orders and causes the bureaucracy to click its heels and salute. National security policy actually bubbles up from within the bureaucracy.

Vote all you want. The secret government won’t change

The most common activist strategies, such as street demonstrations, protests, etc., rarely seem to bring about any change in government. There is only one nonviolent tactic that has been proven to work. Boycotting elections alone will not oust the oligarchy, but it is the only proven non-violent way to delegitimize a government.

If granting your consent of the governed to people you can't hold accountable has resulted in government operating on behalf of big corporations and the wealthy instead of on behalf of the people, do you really want to keep doing it? Some say that Einstein defined insanity as repeating the same experiment over and over and expecting different results.

Watching the video of this killing

I'm leaning towards believing her

You do not F around with the FBI

They will kill you fast…THEY ARE MURDERERS

It looks like the guy got out of the car trying to get them to stop shooting.

He sacrificed his life to save the others, I think.

I really didn’t hear this lady 100 percent but she is convincing

The guy may truly be a martyr...he didn't deserve to die

very sad

may he rest in peace

Shouting ".Just shoot me!" whilst repeatedly reaching for your gun is a strange way to try and get people to stop shooting.

Does anyone know whether Lavoy Finicum was left or right handed?

check this out, it's a slow mo/zoom of the event.
www.youtube.com...

It certainly looks like he does something with the left side of his jacket (that certainly doesn't look zipped up) cause you can see the left side of the jacket move away from his body, so he's either reaching UNDER his jacket (for a gun or bullet wound) or is reaching into his left pocket with his left hand. So if he was left handed it would make sense his gun would be there, if he was right handed it gives a little more weight to the "He's grabbing his wound" theory.

And at 20 seconds, as he's falling down, it looks like his left hand is holding something.

My main point is that you can't really tell much from a blurry audio-less video other than he wasn't straight up executed. Everyones "ITS OBVIOUS HE'S HOLDING HIS WOUND" "IT'S OBVIOUS HE'S GOT A GUN!" when all we're seeing is a man that died pointlessly.
