Rocking in chair with crazed eyes haha!
I'll be happy for a second referendum for Scotland though, that's democracy, and to be fair it will make zero difference to my life in my corner of England, I'm self employed and people will still need their houses to be fixed and maintained.

Scotland leaving the UK, if it wasn't on the news I wouldn't even notice.

It will have serious implications for Scotland too if they leave UK and stay in EU of that I have no doubt. Expect some of your beautiful countryside to disappear to accommodate the millions that will come to Scotland especially when Turkey join the EU. The bad English will just be able to wave to you happily as you beg to be let into England lola reply to: beansidhe

I would rather have a million Turks and a million Syrians than one of your lot as my neighbour.

It would be interesting to see if we would introduce border controls and fences if the UK left the EU and Scotland left the UK but remained in the EU.
Scotland would then become a weak link in the control of immigration in my country.
I would support border controls, armed guards and fences in such a scenario.

We would have to have a fence and border checks for precisely that reason.

Good new business for fence contractors' plus decent waged work for people filling the need for extra border force staff. Win win I see it.

But, but what would you all do for Scottish week when you descend on Blackpool, you will need your passports and no slipping over the border to come to our theme parks no siree!a reply to: Soloprotocol

I doubt very much that the border guards would be well paid, but apart from that I agree.

Think of the trade tariffs that would be introduced on Devon's own Buckfast Tonic Wine!! Scotland is our biggest export market lol

It would be above minimum wage though for sure, sick pay and pension as well so more decent remuneration than in a factory packing frozen pasties.

You want to know the difference between our lot and your lot. It's not the creed nor his nationality that counts. It's the man himself.
First you blamed the Irish, then the Jews, then the west Indians, then the Pakistanis, then the Eastern Europeans, now the Syrians. You are seriously running out of scapegoats as to why the Empire is Dead.

Scotland will always be welcoming of all colours and creeds and no Unionist facist scum will effect that position.

Once we have gained our independence the bigots and knuckle draggers will either need to come to the fold or be pushed into the sea or over check point charlie or whatever the hell you want to call it.

As for Europe, Not only Scotland but tens of thousands of businesses the length and breath of the UK rely on doing hundreds of billions of pounds in business within the European union. But that's ok...just as long as the sand 'n-word's dont get in and i'm ok. Selfish Bastards.

Oh you are such a drama queen, bringing the race card lamely into the thread and crying doom for business if we leave the EU.
Plenty of business leaders disagree with you fella.
...i do enjoy your citizen Smith type rants though lol

*Edit*
I see a few stars from your lame race card supporters, pure whinging Scot bigoted BS, your comments are just emotionally based anti English ranting as they always are.
Amusing though so carry on

It's always bothered me how someone in Brussels could tell the UK what to do with their own country. Let's hope the UK leaves the EU.

Whatever your lot are thankfully they are not part of true Scottish peolle. I have loads of Scottish friends who I love dearly and I even visit them in Glasgow!! Yes an English person setting foot on sacred Scottish land. My friends are mainly SNP so cant be the lot you refer to, so not quite sure what lot you come from.

A lot of my friends have travelled though and worked away so maybe that makes them less insular and more able to see the bigger picture. Its all silly.a reply to: Soloprotocol

I like the Turks. They're welcome in Scotland.
Don't you like them?

Ive got nothing againdt Turks in fact my ex was Turkish and I was with him for a few years. Have I got a problem with 60 million being able to come to UK to work here and 60 million displaced refugees yes I have. I would have the same problem if 60 million were coming from America etc unabated.

Fact of the matter is we dont have the room in England to take these huge numbers. We have schools brimming to bursting point, shortage of houses, mass unemployment, cut backs at every turn and are one of the most populated areas in the World. Now I mention England because the bulk of immigration go to England, in Scotland you have no where near the population per area we have here, so if you feel you have the room good for you go for it. Just dont start moaning about austerity cuts when your Country cant cope with the sheer njmbers, although with unemployment etc in Scotland I wouldnt have thought you would want to add to that.a reply to: beansidhe

It's strange isn't it.
At least Parliament put a stop to Scottish MP's voting on English issues which are devolved in Scotland this week. Definite progress and funny as # seeing the Scots nats foaming at the mouth about it lol
