If it was untrue, then he could and should have sued for defamation TO PROVE IT WAS UNTRUE AND CLEAR HIS NAME.

And obviously he would want to see any marketing piece he allowed his name on....unless, you're suggesting he's THAT kind of garbage, instead?

However, I've never encountered a public figure that did not want full control over their name, the use of their name and bio. So I am not buying that he never saw/approved of that bio. Not for a second.

ETA: And since Obama has directed the courts to fightthesmears.com to see his birth certificate -- rather than present a physical copy in court -- then I can only assume he would never want to prove his birth place in court with an actual AND physical certified birth certificate copy.

What are you babbling about now? As birth records are private documents, Obama did not have to do anything to stop people seeing it.

M'kay, well I already provided a precedent case considered by the OP showing that Obama has no legal right to privacy with respect to his birth certificate since he already made it public. (or allegedly)

On the contrary, the People have the right to verify what they were presented was authentic & true, now that he presented it.

The law has been abused for Obama and since you cannot admit that and there is no legitimate reason to keep a document private once it's been made public, then I just think you are being disingenuous and argumentative for no good reason.

I don't have time to waste on that kind of thing.

Obama made his birth certificate PUBLIC...not just to a select few in state government. We have seen it, and have every right to verify it now rather than take the word of any corrupt people in our state/federal governement.

IT'S ALREADY BEEN MADE PUBLIC...allegedly. It's a public record now according to Hawaii's open records law.
