Since there is alot of incomplete, or sometimes even wrong information about the present situation and and status of investigations, I want to add a little more detailed numbers:

As of monday afternoon, Cologne Police has filed 516 criminal charges.
237 of those cases are filed as suspected sexual assaults,
107 of them in conjunction with theft.
The remaining 279 cases are filed as assault and battery / robbery.

While it is clear that the suspects are almost exclusively immigrants from the Mideast and Northern Africa, all the federal police confirmed about the nationality of only 32 of those investigated by now is that:
3 are Germans, 9 Algerian, 8 Moroccan, 4 Syrian, 5 Iranian, 1 Iraqi, 1 Serbian,1 US-American. 22 of them asylum applicants...

*I'm not trying to trivialise the crimes, nor generalizing about the suspects. I'm just adding information.

The truth is what it is. Across Europe many newly arrived muslims have launched a sort of domestic warfare upon the native citizens. Whose doing the attacking? 99% men and boys between the ages of 14 and 50...all men who could be back fighting those they need escape. Contrast that with the truth that back in Syria many women who used to be allowed lives of only cooking and cleaning have taken up arms and are seriously fighting on the front lines.

These newly arrived ME men can't assimilate, and respond viciously. But, What's hanging out there is the question as to how much of this violence is a product of a desire to destroy the west or ..everybody else. How pervasive is this mindset? How brainwashed are they? We know that they almost universally consider women lesser people. On this basis alone I would not allow in thousands who possess this ideology. Any internet search of credible sources reveals shocking increases in physical violence, rape, intimidation. It began with unreasonable mass efforts to push for more and more 'free' social services, better housing, and medical care. It's evolved to include roving gangs who've taken over sections of cities.

Seems that they've brought the cruel ways of their own worlds but also have a thread of hatred for the west the size of which we don't know.

I heard a migrant woman on the radio yesterday say she was shocked that she knew one of the Paris perpetrators, she grew up with him. She said it seemed bizarre as he had always seemed so normal and she speculated that he had been threatened by IS. Rather than less alarming I see this as more alarming...the fact that she had no clue. Is she for real? Or is she avoiding seeing the truth? Or what? Truly alarming that even a radical attacker isn't seen amongst his own people. How can this be? He didn't ever say one negative word that seemed a little harsh and a little too angry? Nothing?
