Interesting story that claims Obama is "Lobbying" his way into a political position *after* he leaves the U.S. Presidency.

Obama is possibly going for the top spot at the United Nations.

Secretary General of the United Nations.

The article claims there is resistance from Israel and specifically Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, who himself might be interested in that job later.

Perhaps this explains most of the "questionable" Obama foreign policies?

Can you imagine the power trip Obama would enjoy if this comes true?

Could explain his gung-ho attitudes on global issues and relations with certain foreign powers as well as attitudes about strong American values.

Obama’s Secret Post Presidency Plan REVEALED

Barack Obama is reportedly already lobbying for his post presidency position: Secretary General of the United Nations.

According to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida, Obama has discussed the topic with Republican, Democrat, and Jewish officials in the United States.

The Jerusalem Post is reporting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is working behind the scenes with moderate Arab governments in order to thwart the president’s potential succession plans.

Hmmm

Agenda21 Obama !!

I have felt this for years. No better way then turning the USA into a 3rd world nation, since they tend to come from those.

Hypothetically speaking, who would you rather see fill the position, hypothetically speaking?

What is the source?

The link to the JPost is 404 in the article.

Man this guy is in love with Bibi

Benjamin Netanyahu aims to scuttle Obama’s world domination plans and is working with moderate Arab governments to ensure he does not ascend to the UN throne.

Netanyahu is a consummate politician and diplomat, but he is also a warrior.

“Wasn’t eight years of having Obama in office enough?”

There is a good source of information here from The WashingtonPostTimes.

Sorry but I dont believe it. This same thing or "report" came out when the murderers and war criminals Tony Blair and George Bush both ended their tyrannical rule over the US and the UK. Not saying it wouldn't happen but I doubt if there is any truth to this report again it's happened before and no doubt will happen again.

Oh, now I always thought he'd get one of the SCOTUS fossils like Ginsburg to resign just before his term was up and nominate himself in their place. Then he'd always be there blessing us with the benefits of his dubious Constitutional knowledge, remaking America in his image.

One problem he has...the UN Security Council has the last say and I guarantee Russia and China will see it doesn't happen.

The Secretary-General is appointed by the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Security Council. The Secretary-General's selection is therefore subject to the veto of any of the five permanent members of the Security Council.

Interesting times,

i always wondered why some leaders can only run for so many consecutive runs, and others countries can run longer,

If he was in the election running now, for another term, would people vote for him?

better the devil you know

Not that is really affects me, as David Cameron is awesome......

Look no matter what he ends up doing, he'll be the gift that keeps on giving. Because of the historic nature of his presidency, the press will automatically seek out his opinion on everything as though it matters and let him second guess every single president right up until the day he days.

The more I read about this, the more it just all comes back to Benny and him seemingly just holding a grudge.

He is mad that Obama didn't bend over backwards for him at all times.

To much to hope that he would just drop out of the picture like GWB did?

Off grid living with no connection to MSM sounds better all the time.

Ignorance would be bliss.
