I think you are right!

one: This comes from Cubano and Miami native Perez Hilton is the internet's most notorious gossip columnist. He currently resides in Hollywood with his precious mini-Goldendoodle, Teddy Hilton.
The LA Times calls Perez, "like US Weekly, the Star, the Enquirer and Life & Style all rolled into one sweet yet snarky, sagacious yet salacious gay man."Link

two: the FBI already have 3 people in custody in connection to this. Link

Yes i wonder how long before people allow themselves to be implanted with internal gps , active camara and microphones that record and monitor all your activities.

If you arent doing anything wrong u have nothing to worry about, right.

If they cant catch this individual i suspect something fishy or a very good hacker with an agenda which doesnt involve shooting anyone.

I suspect this individual wouldnt be associated to this schools if they cant catch them.

You mean like a cell phone?

Even with the location turned off, the camera off, heck even the whole device off, it's fairly common knowledge that it can still be accessed remotely. That pretty much fills in those holes.

Unless this person is some sort of hacker, the IP address, at the least, can be traced. That said, the writing shows at least some intelligence, though the punctuation, capitalization, construction, and usage could use some work, so it's possible the person used a public wifi location to send this. However, there are some clues, and I am sure the FBI is seeing them as well. The note about purses makes it likely, though not sure, that this is a female student. It could, though, be a guy that simply notices. There is, indisputably, some very personal connection between this person and the names student, Millie, however. In some way, this person clearly feels wronged by this girl, and that is likely the best way of tracking down the culprit. That assumes, of course, that the "offense" is a real one, and not imagined. That's possible as well. It's even possible that this is a teacher, and that's why he or she wasn't checked. That wouldn't be the norm, but I'd consider it. Most likely a student, however, since "classmates" are mentioned.

The real problem I have here is that I can't locate this story anywhere else. I located a lot of other threats at Indiana schools, but not this one. Are we sure this is credible?

ETA - Never mind - see someone else did locate a link elsewhere. Odd that more didn't show in my search; usually he media is all over this sort of thing.

Isn't the point of this that the story came from social media itself? It was the perpetrator (Jealous girl in my opinion) who made this public right?

Or are you suggesting the story is a plant?

Edited to add: Or are you saying the perpetrator has been inspired by recent events in a copycat style?

Does any story need to be a plant these days?

Anything to deflect from the real concerns.. this being a bonus?

( I hope that was a low enough character count to be a tweet)

This sounds like a jealous girl to me. Notice how the stress was on not even checking the "purses" AND I walked right through without being touched.

Millie might be popular, the girl might not be. Pure speculation on my part though.

Hope it is just some angry kid venting and not a real possibility.

Probably a guy trying to throw them off. I doubt a girl that was going to do that would be so obvious as to ruin her ace in the hole of being a woman and thus totally flying under the radar.

Then again, school shooters might not be the sharpest.

I understand that but the whole use of language in the threat is juvenile, I am not so sure the person would actually think it through to that degree. There are significant clues to a person through the language they use, even when they are trying to write like somebody else.

The whole style is violently male and yet you have these little personal things that just seem out character, if it is to throw people off then it is like a triple bluff or something.

Like I said, just my personal view.

I thought the same thing. It's like they're TRYING to make their post horrific and awful, and they're succeeding.

Girls, especially middle and high school girls, can be dangerous creatures. They're mean, jealous and full of spite at this age. If I was Millie's mom. I'd pull her out of school and make her rack her brain as to who's writing style this is, who she may have po'd, who's jealous, etc. A teacher may be able to tell the writing style, unless they purposely tried to cover those tracks but I highly doubt they're that smart.

Regardless, this is scary and someone is in need of some serious psychiatric help. Asafp.

You just know the FBI and NSA are already on it and in this case, I am glad.

I saved it and read through it. It does sound a little iffy. "Sweat it out???" Well, regardless...

If the NSA cant track the poster down (and i dont believe for one second, that they cant) they might aswell shut their surveillance program down, what a waste of money
And if they can, you got to ask yourself the question, why isnt this person arrested yet??

The smart thing would be to copy/paste sentences from random google searches from around the web written by various people with different punctuation and spelling mistakes/styles.

That's what I thought, a girl, carrying a purse full of ammo.
So she's waiting until the threat dies down, which it won't if she keeps posting,

I'd be surprised they can't track down who owns the Facebook page. Just making threats of this nature seems criminal.

How bizarre I was just watching some recordings I had of this school on tornadoes. Wasn't it hit with a tornado once? Not that that has anything to do with this, it's just weird I was watching a show that included that school. It had a brick wall sign in front. If it's the same school
