They would have to arrested literally hundreds of migrants, because now we are learning that it wasn't just Cologne, this happened in towns across Germany and across Europe, reports are beginning to flood in.....

That is what is bothering me the most about this.....the Media is refusing to report on this until they are almost forced to....

And everyone of them that are not German citizens should be prosecuted and deported.

The moment they have served their time, or the if the country of origin will take them, to serve their time back in their home country, send them the moment they have been prosecuted.

No sense in Germany paying the room and board for the criminals if they don't have to.

Well, if it had been German men doing this I can guarantee you all the feminists and politicians would be screaming bloody murder right now, there would be demonstrations lead by officials and politicians against this in every major city all over the country. Heck, I bet chancelor Merkel herself or at the very least members of her administration along with high-ranking members of the other parties would make speeches at the demonstration in Berlin.

Instead all that happens now are empty words, appeasements, cover-ups and nothing will change at all.

Case in point: Two asylum seekers (18 and 19 years old) from Morocco, who robbed someone on January 3rd, are well known by the police as thiefes and are suspected to have taken part in what happened in Cologne on NYE get sentenced to one week of youth arrest. Since they have been in investigative custody for that amount of time already, they were free to go.
Yes, you read that right... one week. I'm sure that will show them the error of their ways!

It seems that this "uncivil" unrest was quite popular in New Years Eve around the Europe. In Finland for example police was "tipped off" about possible refugee/migrant behaviour for New Years eve.

Asylum seekers who met in central Helsinki to celebrate New Years’s Eve “had similar plans” to commit sexual assault and other crimes as those who targeted women in the Germany city of Cologne, Finnish Police have reported.

Three Iraqi asylum seekers have been arrested for committing sexual assaults during the celebrations in the city’s Senate Square, where some 20,000 had gathered.

Security personnel reported “widespead sexual harrassment” during the celebrations, police added, with women complaining that asylum seekers had groped their breasts and kissed them without permission.

“This phenomenon is new in Finnish sexual crime history,” Ilkka Koskimaki, the deputy chief of police in Helsinki, told the Telegraph. ”We have never before had this kind of sexual harrassment happening at New Year’s Eve.”

He said that the police had received tip-offs from staff at the asylum reception centres.

“Our information from these reception centres were that disturbances or other crimes would happen in the city centre. We were prepared for fights and sexual harrassment and thefts.”

He said that police had established a “very massive presence” to control the estimated 1,000 Iraqi asylum seekers who had gathered in the tunnels surrounding the central railway station by 11pm, many of whom appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Mr Koskimaki said that sexual assults in parks and on the streets had been unknown in Finland before a record 32,000 asylum seekers arrived in 2015, making the 14 cases last year “big news in the city”.

- The men formed a ring around the young girls who felt very repressed. They began to grope the girls, and did not stop even though the girls repeatedly told off, says PO Jansson, internal command at the Kalmar police.

The incident occurred on Larmtorget at midnight on New Year's Eve, and is headlined as sexual molestation.

The two girls, both aged 17, celebrated the New Year when several men in the 25-30 age subjected them to sexual molestation. And the men, a bunch of 25-30 years of age, refused to listen when the girls said from.

- The men did not understand Swedish, or any other language either. They have nevertheless refused to listen to the girls. We have no suspects at this time, but there are security cameras which we will check, says PO Jansson.

The girls managed to escape from the men for a while, and reported the incident. When police arrived at the scene had gang already left the place.

Approximately half an hour later occurred yet another sexual assault on Larmtorget in Kalmar. A security guard summoned police after he tried to remove a person in their 20s.

- He should have groped two girls inside on the dance floor at Manana. The police apprehended him and he was heard on the spot, says PO Jansson.

Several other locations in Germany too not only Cologne, also similar incidents were in Munchen, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Bielefeldt, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, Freiburg.

It is time for media and police come out straight, they can´t hide this kind of incidents and when "denying" and refusing information which is actual and correct they only turn public against them. Finland police were previously forbidden to publish anything negative concerning refugee crimes but now they have permission to do so. We need transparency.. what we see now and how these incidents are dealed only increase mistrust.

It contains more details of just exactly what went on in Cologne including a picture of what happened to one girl who had a firework dropped in her hood. It left severe burns across her shoulder.

It also details the police non-response and how woefully unprepared they were.

He also discussed police ineptitude, describing how constraining attackers proved useless since there were no transports to take them to jail and there were no jail cells available since they were filled to capacity. To make room for the next bunch of savages (my word, not his), they released those who had been rounded up earlier, who then resumed their violent behavior. But not before spitting on police cars and screaming, “F*** the police!”

About the growing numbers of reports: it makes me wonder how many would have reported a crime if it hadn't been for all the media hype. I also wonder how many WERE actually assaulted and by WHOM, and about the nature of the assault. I don't know yet, nor do you, nor anybody else, but most in here act as if they do and have their minds made up already: "it were them Muslims, of course! Told ya!"

Given that I don't know EXACTLY what happened yet - though I DO know it weren't 1000+ migrants that raped women in Köln - I choose to wait for the results of the investigation that is going on. In the meantime I assume a person to be innocent until proven guilty, which is the case for the overwhelming majority of people, including folks that fled here from nations WE bombard.

CCTV footage: maybe you're right and the police has most of it. If so, I expect a round of arrests in the coming weeks. Let's wait and see. Also, if there WAS footage, I'd expect it to show up on YouTube etc. and there is nothing there. Your argument that nobody films it for ME is of course ridiculous: of course not, they don't even know me. But they would film it to have evidence. Given the abundance of people on NYE in Cologne I'm also quite puzzled how it is possible for a gang of 20 or so "North Africans" to molest a woman without anybody filming it - or come to help, for that matter. I have not read any reports about heroic attempts by "the natives" to rescue the dame in distress, which really puzzles me. The only thing I can think of is that it were small groups whom attacked individual ladies in places that weren't very busy at that time. Hardly 1000+ rapists in the centre of Cologne..

Fear, uncertainty and doubt, our old enemies. Fight these, instead of the shadows of non-existing 1000+ rapists in Cologne..

Sure, whinge about the thread title so you don't have to confront the awful truth about the general lack of morals and civility among these large groups of migrants who took over the area in such a way and a large number of whom decided to act out their base desires.

If they can't be trusted to act like men, they shouldn't be allowed to gather in groups in public places and if they do commit such crimes, they need kicking out.

1. religion has nothing to do with it! I'm not very fond of institutionalised religion but in our western democracies all are free to have whatever religion they want - as long as they don't break the Law. As an example, you could be a Thuggee - but as long as you don't actually strangle a person you're not breaking the Law.
   
2. understanding minorities and allowing them to live as they think is essential - within the boundaries of the Law - is the essence of democracy and the essence of what "we" stand for in the West. Yes, we should bend over backwards to understand them.
   
3. Chemical castration is - in as far as I know - not a punishment under German Law.
   
4. Living in the West is not a privilege - it's mostly coincidence. Now, if you refer to our "western" democratic system, well, perhaps that IS a privilege. But that system only works if you treat all equal under the same Laws.
