Looks like it was a lot of fear mongering as usual from the tv weathermen here...we've barely had a drop of rain here in Fort Worth

Currently raining pretty hard up in KC where I'm at. They anticipate the precip pushing off back to the south by tomorrow before moving back in.

They didn't exactly forecast heavy rain today though.

Dallas county is under a tornado warning let's hope rotation does not reach the ground and everyone stays safe looks like a direct hit on Dallas.

Brother that's not true at all currently these storms are discrete however they will become more numerous and form a squall line as the cold front swings through, it will drop our temps 40 degrees and by tomorrow heavy rain will set up over the area and flooding, then Sunday night it will change over to snow currently here in the immediate DFW area we are talking an inch or two of snow but that is subject to change with such a powerful low pressure system, there has been no fear mongering if you check this thread you will see tornados have been popping up all over north Texas.

So basically we're in a holding pattern with plenty of ammo for when this storm decides to move in depending on IF it decides to move.

The clouds are super low here in Colorado today. When they cover Pikes Peak to the point you cannot see it then you know the weather isn't good! It's super cold and windy here in the Springs, not much snow though. We got a dusting last night which is kind of nice for the holidays.

Not going to lie, I'm glad this Goliath stayed south!

This isn't looking good, I hope everyone is safe tons of damage reports are coming in from Dallas. Large wedge tornado on the ground.. Thoughts and prayers are with the family's hopefully everyone is ok

Channel 5 just reported 105 mph wind gust in Dallas.

One eye on tv and one on this thread. Always appreciate your keeping us informed.

Tornado sirens just went off here in Plano. Doesn't look like much outside at the moment, but I've been in a tornado before, so I know better.
