I've seen this strange object two times and can't for the life of me identify what it is.

The object is only in my view for at most three minutes before it disappears. The only evidence if it moving is when it does suddenly vanish.

There are absolutely no military bases nearby, I don't know anyone around here with drone nor have I seen one in this area since the I've lived here. They don't look like Chinese lanterns, either.

I think its safe to rule out astronomical objects. Me and my friend were talking today(the one who took that last video), and he actually told me that he used this "SkyView" app that's been referred to a few times in this thread on his iPhone, and when he pointed it at the object, the app showed no stars or satellites in that area.

Still though, when I get home I'll try to get information such as latitude, longitude etc. and rule it out for myself.

That is my video that I gave to supermagama. I filmed it on Saturday night in the same direction as to where he saw the UFO in the first video.

HOLY COW it looks like the Dark Knight or Black Knight I forget which it's called,too low in sky though. And don't think knight has a light unless it's been restarted and now flying about. Wonder if anyone knows how to check to see if it's in orbit still or not.

But Wow now THATS a ufo pic. Don't look like a chopper but I'd believe since it's clearly not a bird or weather anomaly it easily could be a secret flying contraption which most ufos that are visible enough to be deemed a ship of some sort I believe are...well I take that back. A secret gov flying machine or a terrestrial ship of some other civilizatio. I'm really starting to feel under water underground, in cave systems, or Antarctica they have always been here with us. And I don't know I'd say imho rarely are these, if indeed a flying ship of sorts, from other planets but probably never are they from other planets or galaxies. I think the few that aren't terrestrial in origin are manifesting cross dimensionally not intergalactically. No proof and fyi I didn't claim to know but this is what I think given the tons of evidence we have available which pretty much leaves it up to the individual to venture a guess. I just wanted to cite the Dark Knight resemblance but thought wth I'll add my totally opinion driven editorial remarks too I'm sure they're so well received and oh so persuasive eh? Lol

I have seen this same exact thing before, it was a lone white flickering light and it was moving. My best guess would be a satellite.

It's kinda blurry to really find out what it is.

Now I'm definitely confused.

I saw it again today in a complete different part of the sky. About the same altitude, but on the opposite side of the sky. I take a 27 second video, I had the Skyview app, I point the phone at it and nothing. Not a satellite, star, planet..

I took a couple of pictures, still has that weird shape around it except the sides were more extended and pointy. Definitely longer compared to the last image in the first picture album. Also, the shape wasn't going under the orb like it was last time.

What I've also noticed after going through my first video as well is that there might be two objects. I took some screenshots where a second light appears for a mere frame and seems to be moving towards the large one. Here's the album: m.imgur.com...

Get a torch, aim it at the orb and flash it three times , keeping the individual flash sequence one second apart. Repeat every twenty seconds. You may be able to make a second one appear. After a while they may start to approach you. Then they might begin morphing.

Now it's up to you if you want to go down this route, you are interested in something in the sky, you appear to want an answer. I take no responsibility for any consequences (like mothership landing or you getting crop sprayed with manna or being abducted) I'm just saying that if you really want to discover whether the light is connected to ships in the sky the above procedure is recommended.

I've seen something similar. It was night-time and I looked out my window and saw circle of light just sitting still in the sky. Then it started to move kinda slowly and sped up after time. By the time I got outside it was like 5-10 miles down the sky. The strange thing out of all of it was it set my sister's car alarm off and my neighbors horn started blaring for no reason. My neighbor came out and started punching his steering wheel to get it to stop, finally he started the car and it stopped.

I don't know if it was alien, spiritual or some kind of EMP but it freaked me out.

I'm not sure if it'll help or not, but just to give you guys my point of view and where exactly the object is I took some pictures during the day to show where the ground is in perspective.

First picture is my house (I swear it's bigger than it looks) and the object was here for the first two mornings. Can't really add perspective to a drawn on circle, so just imagine it a little farther down in that same spot.

Second picture is from today's sighting. It was way over to the left above my neighbor's house. Still, imagine it a little farther down.

It's probably space junk. Things like old rocket boosters and other kinds of junk can reflect different amounts of light as they tumble. For a rocket booster if the sun hits the long side just right it can reflect a lot of light to you but if it's tumbling, a moment later it might reflect almost no light if the open end of the booster is pointing at the sun, so it can flash. If tumbling on one axis the flash might be regular but if tumbling on multiple axes it might be irregular.

If you're seeing these in different parts of the sky it's more consistent with space junk flashing. The Skyview app has 20,000 objects but you can't see them all on the same screen, they have different categories and you have to look through all of them, did you do that? Even if you did scroll through all the categories, there are more than 20,000 things in orbit so it doesn't have everything cataloged.

There are about 29,000 objects larger than 10 cm in orbit so 9000 of those aren't even in Skyview's list of 20,000 objects.

I definitely understand what you're saying and where you're coming from, but it being space junk seems so unlikely to me. If I see it again, I do have a telescope and I want to see if I can get it through there and really get to the bottom of this.

This is probably just really bad luck, but something very peculiar happened and it really screwed me over.

So today I had some finals, was ready to take them, spent the whole night studying and doing some assignments last minute. I wake up at 5:40 every day and leave at 6:20. Very tight schedule. My school is far away so I don't want to spend all the gas to get there in my car, so I save lots of money riding the bus.

So tonight I'm studying hard and finish at 5:00, 40 minutes before I had to wake up so I figured I'd at least get some shut-eye. I wake up expecting it to be close to the time where I wake up, and to my horror the clock reads 7:02. Now, I don't use the clock/alarm applications on the phone since a simple thing of forgetting to turn sound on can ruin your day, so I have one of those old '90s clock radios. Always goes off, extremely reliable.

Here's the peculiar thing though - I have three alarms, an extra one in the middle just in case the first one doesn't go off and I can still leave in time. But the probability of all three alarms not going off is very unlikely. The only thing I can imagine is I was so tired I hit the "Reset Alarm" button in my sleep, but I've had many restless nights and the alarm always brings me straight up from my bed.

So, I figured, alright I'll just take my car there. I get ready, get in the car and put the keys in the ignition and it says I'm almost out of gas when I distinctively remembered having it 3/4 of the way full.

So now I'm just laying in bed wondering what the hell happened and what I'm going to do about making up these finals. Just wanted to share.
