Some Muslims are going to TRY to get other people to go along with their religion. Duh! Christians do the exact same thing. There's no law against posting posters or commenting on people's dress or behavior. If it becomes harassment, there are laws against that.

In the US, we have a LOT of practice at keeping religion out of government, and sometimes we succeed, but there's no difference in what these young Muslim men are doing and what some Christians do here. Look at religious billboards or people like Kim Davis, actually forcing people to obey God's Law.

Some religious people like to force their religious laws on other people. The authorities need to step in and draw the line.

I work in a major metropolitan area, with legitimate gang and organized crime activity. The kind of gangs that wouldn't bat an eyelash at throwing down with law enforcement if it came down to it.

And I can't even imagine being told a neighborhood was a no-go zone for us.

There are any number of areas that we will absolutely "roll deep" when we go in there. But staying out altogether? Not a chance.

Why should we trust a Muslims words about negative Muslim impacts?

You would obviously defend islam blindly, unless you saw definitive evidence.

Just like most Christians would defend Christians up front, unless given definitive evidence.

Not acussing you of being facetious, just pointing out the fact, you are likely letting personal bias influence your opinion on the subject.

I think you're wrong in his assessment. Over the years, I haven't seen his opinions or observations overly clouded by personal bias. I also don't believe most Christians would automatically defend Christians. If that were true, most of us (meaning the majority of Christians I know North of the Mason-Dixon, myself included) wouldn't be so cynical about what we call "so-called Christians."

Street bobbies...
We're there ever disturbances you saw them attending the scene?



This is about no go areas for police based on Islamification...

Not prisons or sharia patrols...


I've yet to live somewhere where police won't show up...

I've lived in East Acton, Shepherds Bush, White City, Hayes, Hillingdon, Fulham, and Hammersmith...

Never have I been to an area where police won't show up?

I don't want drunk morons and slags running around outside my house at 3 o clock in the morning either. They're a menace. The fighting and noise is insane and having to dodge puke on the pavement the next day is disgusting. If these people want to clean up their community and make it a better place to live then good for them. At least they're exhibiting some social responsibility.

They would be rendered totally obsolete if police made a serious effort to enforce anti social behaviour laws anyway. The question shouldn't even be how is this allowed to happen it's why have things got so bad that the police can't even manage to efficiently carry out the most simple part of their duties anymore?

I watched the video. Only a handful of men are involved in the patrols and 5 have been arrested. If they were getting off scot-free for harassing people, I would see your point, but they are being arrested, just as anyone would.

Another point…

One thing Muslims generally are not accused of is street, gang violence.


Those cops may be talking from an ethnic viewpoint, or maybe the poor Muslims areas have Muslims gangsters having zilch to do with religion…I don’t know but the idea of cops being afraid or other people of going into an ethnic enclave is very common.


Maybe the cops are afraid, so what its human and it is reasonable that that might fear terrorism


I recall long before 2001 and this terror craze my boss joked about Arab customers might be terrorists so this is no great insight into anything



I’m sure British cops use to be afraid to go into Belfast when the Ira was doing their thing

However, is Trump crazy like a fox? Is he throwing stuff like this out there, stuff he knows would never happen, as part of a broader communications strategy to keep drilling home the idea that he's the only candidate that is definably, America First.

ON TOPIC:...To be honest Skeptic...I'm not sure...I do think that what he's doing is calculated to exactly bring about the results that he achieves...It's obvious...It's also obvious that he's not some kind of misogynist racist bigot...all of his behind the scenes dealings with people counter that argument...
I think that it's a brilliant strategy...he goes to the extreme and everybody talks about the issue...It keeps the issue forefront and causes other people to play catch up...all while they demonize and call names and throw aspersions...turning them into the caricature they point fingers at...while talking about the issue...

You've missed the point - they are not patrolling because of a noise complaint, they are patrolling because they want Shia law in their community.

I use to like Trump when he talked about getting jobs back and not doing neocon stuff and stopping Bush

But look, when he mocked that disabled guy and started talking about the Islamophobics stuff, as well I was never crazy about sending children back to Mexico; I had to draw the line.

The guy is talking Nazi, evil stuff and no job or other policies I like are worth supporting in-human stuff

I live by standards of morality and Justice FOR ALL!

Trump has left the human race as far as I’m concerned and put himself in the same bag as Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, those kinds or at least potentially.
