Theaters, schools.... but not a meeting of the FOP, and that is by design.

Throw the gun grab into other more sensical propositions, so that if you want this dangling carrot, you have to take the whole garden plot.

Suspects aren't guilty of anything. What you are suggesting is Guantanamo style round ups and detention. With a little Abu Ghraib thrown in?

I'm fully aware that suspects aren't "guilty" of anything---that's why I said they should be awaiting trial. Don't we round up suspected bank robbers? Meth dealers? Don't we hold them in jail until a grand jury can be assembled to bring an indictment? So why are we simply making lists of suspected terrorists? If they are so dangerous that they can't be trusted to get on a plane---why are we letting them run loose in society?
