CAIR is part of the problem IMO.

The people on TV didn't kill anybody, and simply wanted to communicate publicly how horrible this is and how they disdain it. It was a moving statement, and they were genuine. If you don't like it, that's your prerogative.

I couldn't find anything on that, was that just what you heard or got a source for it.

Everything I found say the reports of bombs were found to be false.

Conviently, they allowed CAIR to get their say in...before they announce there is Radical Islamic terrorism involved.

Anyone find it interesting that CNN did not even report the name until moments before CAIR was ready with a close relation of the suspected shooter.

I think a lot likely hinges on what they label this as and they want to make damn sure they have it right. I am also assuming that with such a high profile case, they want to be sure they follow all the rules exactly like they are supposed to, to keep from screwing up a court case so bad that the suspect walks free on a technicality.

I'd be holding one too, considering as evidenced in this thread that deh billions of ebil Muslimz is exactly where everyone went straight away. Remember, painting all Christians as blood-thirsty anti-abortionists is oh so very wrong to do, but the same respect has been brainwashed right out of most Americans' heads when it comes to Muslims. So CAIR speaking is a damned no-brainer. Muslims are always target numero uno for blaming in this country.

That was cut, and dry and packaged for mass consumption.

Fox news keeps stating that it's getting clearer as to what this is (terrorist attack) by the minute. Take that for what you will. I don't know if they are privy to information they haven't reported yet or if they are just assuming.

If these were white or black shooters, all sorts of information would have been given. They would have ran to the microphones to say the shooter's are white or black.

I was speaking to the timing and delay of the press conference, where they most likely will say there is a high probability of there being radical Islamic terrorism angle to this case.

I think we all know by now that this is NOT a disgruntled employee/workplace violence incident.

My bet is they are assuming, but that is my personal bias against them.
Just like I would say the same about MSNBC, both are far to right/left for me.
Unless they have some source in the FBI that is leaking info to them but I doubt that.

theres 105 million radicalized muslims according to muslim sites... i dont wanna lump american muslims in this bc theres no evidence of a massing here in the usa.. but i gotta say, if there were 105 million radicalized roman catholics killing people.. id denounce my religion.. no one is forcing anyone to be a part of any religion in the usa.. but you do have a choice of who and what you associate with.... Well all the bombs that were reported, to the best of my knowledge, have been shown to be not such.
They literally drove past cops that were at their house AFTER the attack which is what lead to them finding the SUV.

It is starting to seem less planned, but still a bit planned.


Oh and they delayed every presser so far, nothing new.

I found this LA times article a tad bit odd, considering what it could suggest. Anyways, a woman inside the building during the beginning escalation, texted her husband and told him the drill has started.

However, to her surprise, the team approaching the building were in full gear and armed.
