At this time, they're focused on getting everyone evacuated. They have no identity of the suspect but warn about people reading social media who assume they know who the suspect is, even posting peoples addresses. Once this situation is secure an investigation will obviously be underway.

Probably an internet login. Even home security cameras have that now.

Off-site security would be providing feed to LE. Whatever security company is contracted for the building.
