White people are not to blame for black unemployment. White people are not to blame when a group of blakc youths in a car do a drive by and kill a young girl in her grandfathers lap.

TAKE SOME #ING RESPONSIBILITY! If i want to go to a rally I can. They don't own the place and you can bet your ass I will be strapped. Not to kill but for protection.

All the time, I get race traitor and I hate white people just as often. White bigots hate me. My whole life and they look at like I'm really odd, and I'm never the one to 'out' myself either in face to face life, it's a just a facial reaction to "well you know how they are" and "well they were black". I'm more than okay with that.

You saw a video or a few? Pat yourself on the back. Did you know that about 3/4's of BLM's actions and activities are never on the news or youtube? You only ever hear about protests or one guy calling for kill whitey and you label all of them. There are thousands active in the movement everyday doing community outreach like after school programs, food drives, running soup kitchens, making sure kids have winter coats and they do things like teach-ins also where people can learn about basic civics and how to register to vote.

Most of the people at protests are just the local community who show up because one of their own was killed by a cop. Some of them get involved after the protests but most go on with their daily lives. What you think you know and what you actually know are two different things.

There is what I know period. Do you know if I know any BLM protestors? Do you you know if I tell them that they should make sure that it is peaceful because that is not what we see. Nope, you used prejudice to try to define me. Exactly what the BLM does. If you are white you are not allowed and part of the problem. They are not looking for solutions or actions only causing more issues.

You know, one could say the same for the KKK as BLM. They have food drives. They help churches. They help communities. They help those who do not have to have. But all you see in the media is the ones that you describe as hating.

But at its root there are elements of overt racism just like the BLM has become. Some people are good people who want equality for all but take pride in thier race. There is nothing wrong with that. When you impose it on others and it affects them then there is a problem.

Take Atlanta for example. There are quite a few great outreach Non Profits that consult with. What they do is incredible and they do it for ALL races and ALL religions and ALL colors. They stopped a HIllary speech there recently for what and what did it gain?

BLM was a grassroots that did embody some great things in its inception. However, some have perverted the message. Stopping traffic so people cannot get to work? Pushing police to the limit during protesting including hitting officers and other bystanders. It is time to stop protesting and get elected in local office.

The original 3 should try to take back their movement and give people a different message. Realize that sometimes people are offering a view and it is your decision how to let it play out.

Been to a couple of marches and die-ins and was never asked to leave, never felt unwelcome or got looked at cross-eyed nor by far was the only white person. I know it has happened a few times here and there but I also know that most of the time, it doesn't.

Protest is supposed to disrupt. Expecting people with their lives on the line to continuously ask nicely for changes is absurd and only gets lip-service. A good lot of equal rights were won, not through peaceful marches but cities on fire. The South was literally burning.

One would think the white kids in the college would be the ones with the biggest grip but I think the ones involved were not even associated with the college.

one of them. Still curious why the one video has no sound...I think it was to not allow what was really being said to not be released. Sorry, but the videos of the white guys looked like some dudes who decided to not play xbox that night, went to a protest and were suddenly scared #less when they were confronted. If you watch on the one video with the two teens he tells a perfect story of how those shot were told to let it go and did not. Sorry, if I was in the shoes of those guys, whether or not they put them selves in the situation, they should not be in fear of their lives and I would have shot.

Like I said, there are some good points to the original action as far as awareness and it is not like i do not want to help any community but it has become perverted. Like Kalen Rahim, who is a BLM activist for the last year and called out, on social media, for people to kill Donald Trump. One rotten apple makes us all look bad.

I am from NY and was raised mainly in the South. People are ignorant. But remember it goes both ways. An open mind works wonders....

I've looked at the pics of the BLM leaders and privileged is a good way to describe a lot of them.
