A fellow Hammertonian, i also play soccer, at Soccer World.

But anyways, you are right there is no vehicles like that in this area really, we do have a reserve center with a few army vehicles but they are basically civilian vehicles painted green.

I do keep seeing this strange flickering light changing colors in the same spot in the sky every time i look up tho...eerie.

And i also saw a metal sphere howering beside an airplane and that same day my friend told me how he had seen a metal sphere howering above his vehicle, this also happened in Hamilton.

To see a machine making helium foam... Nothing like a real world simile.
I was thinking somehow frozen CO2, but realized it could not last that long.
Also, AeroGel... but that stuff is worth a magnitude more than it's weight in gold at that quantity.

Are the military vehicles responding to the cloud falling for certian? The military trucks, even the dump truck might be coincidental. I believe what your wife says but she might have been the only human to see it happen. It looks kinda rural where she was. What about local airports and police blotters, have they said anything? I think the comments about your wife mistaking some rain for a falling cloud are rude. What is she an adult who has only seen it rain once or twice? Most adults can tell if something is actually falling out of the sky or not!

It could be the military working on some of their secret projects (crafts) that they were testing, but it fell from the sky, and that's why the trucks were so close by... on stand by. They are trying to see how well they can cloak their "ships" by hiding them in clouds. I've seen this before.

Artificial cloud.

There are several companies in Europe that have machines (re-engineered snow making machines), that use a formula of soap/gas/chemicals to create artificial clouds for marketing.

Pretty awesome looking when they make them into shapes like Peace Symbols etc.

I think my question if it had been my wife is how were the military acting? Was there a sense of urgency, or just seem to be going about another day on the job. I don't seem to sense any urgency in the pictures really.

If something fell out of the sky and someone wanted that cleaned up quick, I don't think folks would be stoping for coffee or anything IMHO of course.

From that description, it sounds like a big piece of aerogel material. I'm curious as to what they were doing with it though, and the trouble for the recovery effort?

I have watched that video also... I heard it was just CGI or something.

The way your wife related what she saw happen, indicates to me that she saw literally what she said.

If she saw a flash flood type of thing, I'm sure she (or anyone) would know that from seeing a clump of glittering cloud like material breaking off from a cloud and falling, and a huge piece of cloud. Plus she said it fell like a garbage bag puffed up, and was all shimmery.

See if you can get a more detailed report. How far away was that cloud thing from her and what did it do when it landed. etc.
Were those trucks heading towards the incident area? If something like she described literally happened, then that is definitely in the Bizarre category. UFO's have been witnessed that released glittery and shimmery things, but a cloud breaking off and falling to the ground is a new one for me.
